Sis, all I can say is you did that! This look delicious!!! This is a wonderful dish! Regarding the meat it can stay in the freezer for almost a year because the bacteria dies once you freeze it. If you like your pasta al dente don’t boil your pasta the next time because the liquid will cook the pasta.
My mouth is watering right now. My niece loves to cook and I have already passed on the recipe for this dish. This just might make the dinner table for Christmas.
So do I! I’ve tried the pressure cooker method but I prefer just stewing them low and slow on the stove. And the more fresh the ox tail the shorter the stew time.

Pressure cook my tails. Fall off the bone in 40 minutes. (Marinate overnight and Brown them first) I make this with chuck roast it’s cheaper and sooooo good but definitely gonna try them tails this weekend! I use them in some other recipes but they are so expensive here in Minnesota anyway. It’s a treat once in a while. Love your channel! Your chicken wing batter is the only one I use now it’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

It WAS actually a cheaper cut of meat here (USA) also but more people started trying it, liking it and it became more popular. NOW its a "delicacy" and more expensive 🙄lol ... smh
If you ever make lasagna of any kind for one again, I recommend using instant lasagna sheets and using a bread pan instead. That way you can make many layers with the same amount.
