But remember, earnings of indian companies are not justifying valuations.
One Indian company of same sector same profit earnings growth is trading at 118 PE while the American one is trading at 35 PE

@Proud-NEPALI this is happening because..
1. Mutual funds and institutions like LIC got huge money of public
2. When a large group of retailers do good analysis and "short" the market as per correct analysis these algorithms of institutions go berserk on a buying spree to trap these investors.
3. You should see this rally in stock market as blood of many and gains of few.
4. It will necessarily never fall, or might fall after few generations when nobody is suspecting and everyone is very comfortable being at the CE side.
5. Even now, I dare you, if you buy 10 lots of CE (yes just 10 not higher) without hedge and sit tight on it for an entire week, you will see the stock market in blood bathe
Please do not be in this illusion.

1. FIIs withdrew 1lakh crores before elections, Wouldnt they come back to India? Does FIIs have better country to invest than India, even after withdrawing such big amount from here?
2. Retailers kept exiting last one week, and they just entered back yesterday. Why would they exit again this week?
3. DIIs kept on having incoming funds due to growth of Indian economy and general salaries of working people. Why would they stop investing in India?
4. All Nifty indices PE ratios are at their average. And 2Q results are still being declared by few companies, which is not accounted yet into this Nifty PE. Then, why shall we feel Nifty is at Peak or Euphoria?

Broadly, I have 4 above queries to understand what aspects can go wrong in next week/month, for markets to take U turn. Every market will have ups and downs and everybody knows that..

@@gautamsinha5998 Thanks for reply.. Taxation happens quarterly in general right? i.e Sep15 is target for the current quarterly cycle..
Nifty could go till 26K as per multi year trend line technicals before a good profit booking. Unless there is no huge negative news nifty may not correct more than 5 percent. I think the valuations need to be reassessed for stocks now since corporate results are now out of sync with inflow.
What abut under current sir.did you get any shock from that.
Bank nifty will go up to 52500 and nifty will go up to 25500 in this series itself

@@AppleIphone287 Yes definitely its Nehru's fault. Because of 1975 emergency, the government has had to increase the taxes. Even the roads are bad right now because of Nehru. Manipur violence is due to 1975 emergency. Manipur is in east so they just got to know about 1975 emergency, they were not aware. Now we have digital india so they became aware of the emergency and there is violence. Mr. Modi is doing so much good work

almost all the banks results are in line with expectation and better than market expectations. ICICI results is very good. PNB results is very good, Bandhan bank results is very good. HDFC Bank results also very good. Axis results are in line with expectations and target price is 1350. bank nifty can even touch 55000 very soon sir

Nifty in June 2019 @ 12000.
In july 2024 nifty @ 24850.

Good evening sir. You are a highly educated person. I am sure you are aware it's not the only the BJP cadres investing or influencing the market. As long as people are making money either through MF or Equity or F&O there is no question of being in BJP or out of BJP.

Technically it is double top. So it should reverse. But under current is strong due to global cues. Fed rate increase and low inflation may take market higher.
When there is negative in global markets our indian market doesn't react to global cues . But if there is positive news in global market our market becomes more positive. So indian market is inevitable. Nifty 26k by August end 😈 bnf 55k . Technicals don't work in this 🐂 run
GDP data is good , dollor index is bearish , budget is good except for traders and investors . Nifty will touch 26000, as there is still cash left to invest by Mutual fund. Buy on dip will be the strategy .

Dec 26000 strike price put option premium is only @ 1000. So market seems is verymuch bullish than bearish.

You are missing something. You were saying market will not move upside much and presented the reasons. But then there is no answer why market rallied so much on friday. There is some major hidden reason for market to move higher and that reason is overtaking your reasons for market to move down

People feeling for raising the LTCG. Fact to note that Govt is the reason for market rally to get profits. Paying 12.5% on LTCG is nothing since the profit producers are Government’s efforts.

Tax on other goods collected in last 5 years increased GDP, so nifty market increased from 12000 to 24850.

Such a veteran player but giving cautious view..budgetary view is well behind us now.. let us look at reliance & hdfc bnk they are not making new hgh..while nifty does..again ratecut coming..with record level sip money..crudebull run is over..where ample liquidity is there nothing to worry.let the bears break the level 24500 for cashnifty again for 2 consecutive closing..now only worry is coming state election at November December.there may be minor hiccup if bjp performs badly and one should watch mid & small cap indices also no weakness there also..one should stay invested..& buy more if there is any major correction which seems to be little possible.. till yr end😊

Do you how much is sigma of NIFTY50. It is only 23 points. Meaning 99.73% time it will close +/-3 sigma. Which is +/- 69 points. Total band of 138 points. But you are giving 1500 points. People will understand and stop watching soon.

Markets can be irrational longer than you can remain solvent . Which means if there’s liquidity & sentiment no one can stop this rallly . Markets bound to correct which common man fails to understand the nuances let them take a hit . Each &everyone responsible for their own investments. Now it’s a time the air flight is flying high when the flight crashes everyone will be taking their cover . Irrational exuberance cannot be timed.

its not only retailers who entered only to the market but its the politics which manipulating the market trend to impose the tax. Its obvious that by imposing new tax govt cant handle the market falls at the same time. Only time will say how long this will last once tax fever will fade then market will come to correct price.
indices are controlled to the T based on activity in options. After budget a lot of people have sold calls and bought puts. All of them are in huge losses. Once everyone starts buying calls and selling puts, the markets will correct.
