Hello, I am EU citizen, I've been in UK since summer of 2020 and I've been working there ever since, but my application back in this year's summer got refused due to lack of evidence that I've never left the country. I want to know if I can still appeal the decision and if I do, if it's still possible to get pre-settled status?
Can I Appeal an EUSS refusal after 14 days from the date of decision, can I make a new application?
Hi there, I am a EU citizen. I lived in the UK between 2014 and 2019 and I have settled status. I have been outside of the UK since october 2019, so in august this year will be 5 year that I am outside of the UK, which means I will loose my settled status. My question is, to not lose it, how many days or months do I need to be in the UK if I come back to not lose the settled status? I hope that makes sense, I have been looking for the answer to this question everywhere but I can't find it. Thank you!
Current UK Home Office position is that you should be in the UK for at least 1 day to maintain your Settled Status.
However, evidencing this may not be that simple, you may need to keep proof of your boarding pass(Physical Boarding Pass taken at the Airport) & copies of bank/credit card statements to show any payment transactions that you do in the UK while you are in the UK.

Hi i have been in the process of getting an EU passport since 2018 but i came to uk on 2019 with a student viza. Currently as i finished my studies i got my 2 year graduation route and also my eu pasport as well. Could waiting for the eu pasport count as a reason for a late application. Kind regards
Can waiting for an EU Passport count as a valid reason for EUSS?
May I ask, do I legally have to stay in the UK for min 6months a year to apply for settle status? Is it perhaps enough to only pay taxes? Or do I need to physically be in UK land for that duration? Also what about after getting settled status? Is that still a requirement? Many thanks

Hi... I'm Portuguese been in the UK since 1994 I was 5 years old when we came . I've had my applications refused 2 times now and I'm now out of work 3 years 2 months have kids here with my girlfriend of 16 years ,she's British . How can I get this fixed asap !

I applied for my EU settled status in March, completed all the required steps, and was asked to send my passport. I sent it in, and two weeks later, I received it back without any update. I haven't heard from the Home Office since then. Is this normal? I'm confused because the website still shows my status as pre-settled.

Hy.if i got presettle status and i want to apply for settle status,because now i got more then 5 years in Uk....they will automatically use my detaills from presettle status account,after i am logged in?or i need to reapply again from 0 with aplication like how was on presettle aplication?
You will have to use the same UKVI online account and create a Settled status application and answer all the questions.

I have five year visa.and travel passport.and I am living in UK since 2018.and I have all the proofs doctor paper everything every month letter also with me.but i have I have European travel passport. ID card is also there. But I don't have European passport like nationality. Can I apply for it?

My application was refused in May 2022. I made an administrative review within 28 days and provided more bank statements. It has been 17 months since I submitted the review I still haven’t had no decision. I have lived in this country since I was 1 year old I am now 26. Do I still have right to work?
