I writing to you to request some assistance. I came to the UK on a student visa in 2022 but quickly changed the visa to apply as a dependant of an EEU member (my uncle). My case and first appeal were denied on the basis of relationship (uncle -nephew) not being as stated by ruling laws of EU settlement and application being made after Brexit deadlines. I reappeared and that was denied also without grounds for reappelling. I would like to consult you on any further steps I can take as I’m desperately trying to get myself sorted. Is this an issue you can help with please?

Hi Sir. Your video are really helpful. I need your assistance for below scenario. It's regarding a skilled dependent visa. While filling the IHS section. It's asking for the main applicants visa expiry date. However the main applicant has not received a decision/visa yet for his application. Since I don't have the main applicant's visa expiry date, what date should I enter to proceed. Also if i put his work end date which in Dec 2027 (3 year visa). But the IHS amount is coming 3622. Its adding up one moth extra in calculation it seems. However it should be 3105 I believe.

Hi, when we update the skilled worker visa after the first 3 years, which CoS is needed ISC liable or Non ISC liable? Also is there any cost for the employer to issue the new CoS to extend the visa for another 3 years?
