Hi, if I change my job during skilled-worker visa, will my previous tenure's duration be counted for ILR? Is it more logical to stay in a company for 5 years or to get the job we want while on a skilled-worker visa? I know that changing jobs and renewing visas are easy.
All your Skilled Worker permission is counted towards ILR, with any number of employers. You can change as many employers as you wish, it is more of a personal decision.
Hi, am based in UK on a skilled worker visa. Am changing job and employer my new employer has asked for my details to issue a new COS. I have an expired international passport. Can the new COS still ne issued with an expired passport. Thamks in advance

Hi Sir, On May 23rd I received a Negative ECS response due to which I got terminated straight away, but my solicitor believed it must be due to an error and conducted another ECS check and received a positive response on 13th June.. when I raised an appeal with my Employer, they asked me to request and show evidence about the error from ECS team to consider the appeal. Is there any way I can contact home office in regarding this and request for the evidence please? Kindly respond, it's very urgent for me.
I don't think ECS team would be able to give any such evidence, as they can only confirm your status at a particular point of time, and it may have been different on two different dates depending upon several validity steps. However, your employer should re-instate you, if you have a positive ECS check, as they should have given you enough opportunity to prove your status(we always advice employers that they should do a repeat check either once or twice, before any action is taken) if they are not willing to reinstate you then they may be liable to Unfair Dismissal claim. You should speak to an employment law solicitor. I am unable to advice you on that, as I can only advice on Immigration Law matters
Thanks for your response. When I told the same to Employer, they're still asking for the evidence of ECS error. When I'm searching about this matter, I came across few websites where I found that ECS has to be carried out only after 14 working days so that application gets lodged into their system. But my Employer conducted ECS in less than 10 days, can I highlight that point and get any written evidence for the timescale from ECS team if I contact them ? Do you think it can be one possibility please?
Couple of Debts when i am in Uk as a student visa will effort my new Tier 5 visa application applied from my home country ( india ), can you please reply with this issue brother. thanks

I don't think the ECS team will give you anything to that effect. You should try and negotiate with your employer.
