    Hi
I am on my graduate route visa and switching to skilled worker visa. My employer selected Graduate tier 4 or student route switching to skilled worker for COS and assigned it to me. The system didn’t ask them to pay for ISC!!! Does my employer have to pay ISC? When I am switching from graduate route? Can we amend the COS and pay ISC if we have to pay?

Hi, do you have any client who is a junior software engineer eligible to secure a skilled-worker visa? Did you witness something like that before?

@@visasolutionsuk You said very confidently that the job designation is not important. Did you witness any junior role that secures a skilled-worker visa? How can we convince ourselves regarding this?

Yes, junior roles do secure SW visas, we have successfully done such cases.
