Hello Sir, I came to Uk as a skilled worker visa and I paid my IHS fee for 5 years.I also paid for my spouse and daughter. After 2 weeks of my job my visa curtailed and we all came to our home country with our getting the latter from home office. Now I want to know If we get back our Heath surcharge for me and my family? I already mailed to the concern and they replied as I come back to my home country, I will not get it back!! Is there any way I can get back my IHS fees?? or If I get another cos and want to go back then can I claim back my previous IHS fee back?? Plz let me know your opinion. Thanks
No, as per the rules IHS is not refunded if you leave the UK
