How many cupcakes does this make? What temp/how long do I cook these for? I plan on making some "adult cupcakes" for the holiday season trying to find a good recipe that you can taste the alcohol in it but isn't overwhelming definitely going to try this recipe out

It could be the heat setting some times too. You’re not the only one that mentioned it tho. I’m going to put another recipe to help. Sorry it didn’t come out right. Can you use it at all
Be sure to brush the alcohol on the cupcakes as soon as they get out the oven. If you use store frosting add caramel topping and a little sifted powdered sugar and whip with mixer

I don’t know if maybe the hen mixture hadn’t cooled down enough before mixing it with everything. Or maybe since I’m using a hand mixer, I’m not mixing long enough? It’s only the icing I can’t get correct. The cake was good.
I put some of the alcohol in a separate bowl then I took a pastry brush dipped it in the alcohol and brushed it on the cake. That gives me a little extra SUMTHANG SUMTHANG...

Yes, you can buy you'll have to adjust the cooking time by 5+ mins. If it's a small amount then it will cook off and you'll have that Hennessy flavor. I do sometimes and sometimes I don't. Let me know if you have any questions

You good. Did you measure your wet ingredients in a liquid measuring cup? And check your oven temp. is reading the REAL temperature bc sometimes our appliances differ. Double check your measurements and adjust the oven temperature 😁
