Hey Rob, you might have issues with that fan shroud you made. It's great at idle and very low speeds so that the fan can only pull air through the radiator, but you might start to get hot at speed. The air will tumble and backflow as its travel through the shroud and trying to get through the fan.

It good to have a dream, but how to achieve your dream? work hard and never give up.
Are you gonna tuck the fenders in behind the front wheels and add fins time attacks style? It’d genuinely reduce drag and give you better brake cooing.
Loving the build, way beyond anything I could dream of, please take this as constructive and no criticism at all. At speed, the radiator fan isn't going to blow more than the air than what's flowing through it from the front, consider some bypass flaps in the shroud.
Even with a nice professional dual spindle bandsaw, it will deflect the cut like that if dropped too fast. Try using a much slower drop speed when cutting material harder than mild steel.

Rob, are you concerned about all the heat from the radiator being dumped directly onto the front shocks? The oil in the shocks will heat up and thin, dramatically changing performance and stability of the front end. You'll lose damping control of both compression and rebound, and have a po-go of a front end. You're working with some incredibly cool and high end materials, would be a shame to see them go into a wall. Maybe build a heat shield to protect the front shocks, or route a fresh air supply for the shocks so they can shed heat.

One thing you could do is make the fan shroud more of a grill style to get more air flow through it.

You should vacuum form the radiator shroud so you can have some sexy plastic weight reductions, vacuum forming is fairly cheap too.
