There's an old saying in diving.
Plan your dive and dive your plan.
Stopping for pottery, bottles, dishes etc. gets you off course.
Try staying 6 feet off the bottom and zig zag in 15 foot sweeps.
When you reach the rover's depth limit, turn 180 and head back up the slope 15 feet left or right of the path you took on the way down.
Continue up and do another decent 15 feet away from the climbing pass you just made.
It's easy to get side tracked by stuff, but balance the time you have with the value of a WW1 Zundap versus a broken plate.
good tips and thanks for watching.
maybe one day you found some nazi gold or the los chamber of ámbar 🤞
You never know :) Thanks.
Great piece of kit. The internal camera does a great job. The Go-Pro is ok but it is the one that is going to bet hung up on lines. It is also changing the dynamics of the sub. You could spend weeks searching and being amazed with what people have tossed into the ocean. Stay safe and keep to work going. Regards to the family.
I have to say it is the best ROV i have ever had the pleasure to work with and cant wait to see the future of these machines. Getting stuck is actually my greatest concern next to the totally worst scenario , going into a German WW2 sub and suddenly a sailor grabs it to escape to Argentina.....ha ha. Thanks for your incredible support my friend and greetings from us.
in the ground, by air, underwater. ww2 history hunter hunt the history everywhere! this channel deserves more and more subs! i dont understand why not have at least half million
Lot of people don’t care for history ...it’s there loss
i will try to create a campaign soon for more people to share my material i think. Thanks
I juist want to say that i love your vids and that i love the way you teach your son and daughter that they know what happend in ww2 grats from Belgium
Greatly appreciated Warre and greetings from us.
It's a great day when you post a video! I upped my donation on patreon. I give what I can, hopeful others will too. Your content is worth every bit.
I really wished I could donate to his channel mate
But during these times and being laid off work unfortunately I just can't atm
All the best from the uk pal
You're the best!
Oh wow! That must be so much fun. You never know for sure what you will find. Mr.crab was waiting for you 🦀. Looking forward to the next time and thank you.
Yes it was!
Love These underwater explores you do, so very interesting, good luck with your work all much apreciate !
Glad you like them and thanks my friend.
Your excitement is infecting. 😊
Well that is just me getting passionate of the history i guess. Thanks my friend.
Maybe the motorcycle your are searching for is actually stuck under the boat :-/
That's what I thought
Hm , well anything is possible and next time will show more. Thanks.
Very cool underwater footage.Glad you didn’t lose your ROV.Always looking forward to the next adventure.
More to come!
Wish you had a grabber claw
Well there is one coing soon and cant wait to work with that. Thanks.
Need a small net or something to deposit the shards in. Otherwise you'll be wasting time and battery charge bringing them back to the surface. Actually a collapsible wire basket like for cooking would work well.
Amazing finds, head back there soon .
We will....
BMW R75 mate, that was the common motorcycle Wehrmacht used, as well as the Zundapp.
Thanks and greetings from us.
What a great Video wonderfull pictures
I love it
All the best
Yours Frank
A Great tool and great location indeed and we will be back :)
That was so cool!!! You did a great job with the rov. Also I really got a chuckle from the crab. I’m glad you took the time to check it out😊😊
Thanks again!
Well ww2history hunter, that was a very exciting video! and it left me on the edge of my seat. I really want you to find unbroken dishes down there, hope you do. I liked how the fish came close to the Rov to inspect Lol. I'm also glad you were able to get the Rov unstuck. Great video, thank you again.
had a scary moment down there with so much excitement that it was enough for many days :) Great location and more to come later. Thanks Sharon
Nice underwater finds my friend. I loving it.
Glad you enjoyed
I wonder how the bike and other things you've discovered out so deep got out there in the first place. it's not like you can walk out to where some of the stuff is, especially at 26-30 meters deep, unless they threw it off of a boat. I'm thinking if you try sharpening the grabber arms all the way up to where it touches the housing like a sharp pair of scissors,it can cut through rope or fishing line that you may get snagged on. pretty crazy stuff!!! boggles my mind for sure! thanks again!!!
Well i wonder that myself and some pieces are at around 70 + meters as well , crazy stuff. Thanks and more to come later.
Awesome bit of kit can’t wait to see the grabber edition 👏🏻👍🏼🇬🇬
Hopefully to arrive soon. Thanks
i saw a motorcycle with a sidecar in a shop a few years ago in kansas that looked very WW2 german. they salesman told me it was a new bike. the original company stopped making them shortly before or just after hitler went into poland. the factory was open and running one day then shut down the next. he didn't know much more than that. he did tell me the name of the motorcycle which has the same manufacturer name. someone got the plans somehow and started making them. anyone know of a motorcycle that suddenly dissappeared in the 30's?
Indian Motorcycles?
Well...I believe Clyde Barrow stole one in Kansas before he had to haul Bonnie's arse around.
Ural makes the same style available today, there is another called Dnepr
Thanks for sharing and for taking time to watch.
@@jamesr.9852 it was a German bike with a German name. The factory was in Germany.
Just awesome, don't worry about the longer vid - it was great. What a fantastic piece of kit that ROV is, superb quality pictures. Can't wait for you to go back!
Keep safe HH 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
That place looks promising for some good finds and I wanted to think the metal piece in the beginning looked like a license plate holder or was something off your motorcycle! My imagination is running!
Imagination is a good thing and thanks for watching.
Absolutely fascinating underwater exploration. Lots of neat objects. Really need a grabber. Great trip.
It really is!
So exciting, loved this 👏🏻👏🏻❤️
Thank you Gemma and more toc ome later. Greetings from us.
What is the name of the location and how hard was it to control the submersible without crashing it into something? Nice vid mate
Locations are never given and it is rather easy to dive with actually. Thanks.
I've been wondering if you could use an ROV to deliver a magnet to a target for recovery from the surface.
Well , that would most likely mess up the magnetometer inside the ROV i think. Thanks
Not the bike we were looking for hahahaha! I love the ROV vids, always cool to see what lies beneath!
More to come!
ive got a v6 but it doesnt want to accept the 138gb memory card, any help please?
well i am using a 128gb and works great. Thanks for watching.
Should be as simple as formatting it and Inserting it would into the controller but it only comes up with the internal storage
i love your intromusic and the explanations. best on YT
Wow, thanks!
Hello from Romania! I love your videos!❤
Hey, thanks!
Outstanding ! What a splendid toy ! Great stuff hope you find the bike !
I hope so too!
So exciting, you didn`t find what you were looking for but it was very interesting. Can`t wait for the next adventure.
More to come!
That's a lot of ceramics underwater. Hope you don't get stuck. 😧
We will return and hopefully greatness will be present. Thanks Robert and more to come soon. Greetings from us.
Absolutely amazing. I see you finding true gems underwater. I can't wait to see what you find next. Excellent video mein freund. Happy history hunting
Underwater is often out of sight and that could again mean exciting stuff my friend....Stay safe and keep smiling :)
@@WW2HistoryHunter you bet
Great finds, did you have to dive down to get the plates?
well we will return with a great new tool. Thanks
those were found at different locations, he just showed them as an example of what it could look like. But you could see a lot of different angles of these plates and I couldn't spot the german eagle anywhere, so I'm not sure if it's orginal german WW2 stuff.
Ah, so we didn't find our motorcycle! There's always next time! But what an amazing debris field! Makes me want to go diving for sure! Hmmm. An ROV with a grab arm...I want to come play!!!😊💖
There will be a grabber coming along next time. We will play more Cynthia :) Thanks and stay safe.
I think we should use the ROV to explore a submarine pen. I assume you would find tools and equipment at a minimum! However, probably the best ones are located in France!
Well we are currently working on several underwater projects and that could turn out to be pretty exciting. Thanks my friend.
Just got a fifish. Light burnt out after 1 week if use. But they are fixing it. Hopefully that's all that'll happen. It's a great device
This unit has run flawless and without any issues whatsoever for around 6 months now and i just love it and such a great tool to go exploring with. Thanks Gordon and best of luck out there.
You guys are amazing with what you find
Thanks for that and for watching many of our videos.
With the V6 you can now reach places that were otherwise inaccessible.
They are very beautiful clear images.
yes that is what we want Oma , going where no one else has been. Thanks and more to come soon.
Great Adventure His Hntr Next you will try scuba dive lolololol , I've sent you messages on Patreon and Gmail I know you get alot of messages just didn't know how to reach out to you Great Golden Gems FOLK 👌👌👌 lolololol you know where that's from they just hit 100K Take Care you and the Kiddos Brother
i get hundreds of messages all over so it can take some time often to get through them all :) Thanks for your great support and greetings from us.
that ROV is a great piece of kit.
I have to agree on that and thanks for watching.
Crabby and tuna fish? Sounds like a meal. Your mini sub is awesome!!! I guess your spool of wire can stretch down pretty far? That boat was wooden on its hull, and I lost my bicycle, a Scott, did you see it. Just kidding. Thanks WW-2 HH for the cool vision under the water.
We have spool now for 200 meters and that is awesome to use. Thanks and more to come :)
Not only would I have returned with the grabber to get a bunch of that beautiful porcelain, but I would absolutely get several of those beautiful crabs to take home for dinner!!! Woooooo Whooooooo!!!! That's what you call a win/win, my history-hunting friend! At least, that's what we would say here in the great Lone Star State of Texas. Lol. That was really a neat adventure, between the boat wreck, the crabs and fish, and the dishes. I just love your videos.
i agree som crabs would taste goo i think. Thanks Shane.
My father served our country during WW2 by growing food for the troops. Also, had German prisoners
Of war, working on the farm. Most of the prisoners would tell my father, if they had to become prisoners, they were happy it was the Americans. . They were surprised my treatment they received, and how beautiful the country was. They were also, surprise by how many german speaking people live by our farm and in the community.
Thanks for sharing Sandra and greetings from us.
This is a cool video I'm thankful I came across this one. I thoroughly enjoyed this! If there's a part 2 I will find it. Thanks and greeting my friend. Merry Christmas to you and yours! 🎄💖💯
Pat 2 is in progress and hopefully can show that later :) Thanks so much Julie :)
I really enjoy the ROV. I can walk around on land and make discoveries but I can’t go under water. So much for my eyes to look at. You should go back and get the bicycle for Eagle Eyes Christmas present lol. Very nice location with tons to see.
yes totally so the ROV is truly exciting to use. Thanks.
Just searching is part of the adventure. You hear a story and go to check it out. Your hoping to find a motorcycle but instead you find a boat with a crab as the skipper lol. You carry on and find a bicycle. Then as you dive deeper you find a debris field of ceramic, coal and bricks. No motorcycle but plenty of other things to make a return trip in the future. Maybe while searching the debris field you come across a motorcycle or something more interesting.
You actually never know and that is what i love being out there :)
The motorcycles should be within 3-4 meters of dockside, unless driven off with a bit of speed, or dumped from a boat. Dont think they'd gave dumped them from a boat due to the work involved.
Well we did return and will show more later. Thanks
Don't beat yourself up too much about missing the motor bikes, there a small target at them depths with the limited visibility of a Rov. The porcelain artifacts are a nice Keepsake/ display items, interesting video 👌👍
We will work more at that location later. Thanks
Superb video my friend...The ROV is a gem!
So much porcelain...Looking forwardvto the next.👏👏👏👏👏👍
Thank you so much 😀
With all of that rubble there that Motorcycle might covered up by it ! I hope not ! Thank you for the great adventure and seeing some great pieces of hostory ! Take care , stay safe and healthy there in Germany ! Still doing well here in Kansas !
Who knows , we will do our best to explore more there and only time will tell if we discover greatness. Stay safe and greetings to Kansas.
Not the discovery B.M.W. motorcycle was treasure and worthy but this remote control diving submarine was treasure and remarkable。
Great place and glad i could share it with you. Thanks.
Did you ever tried infrared lights with special cam? Remember we had such stuff for night view on our tank while my military time. Dont know if it will work underwater
No havent done that but who knows what the future have in stall for us. Thanks.
cool video my friend 😀😀😀
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video and finds my friend 😊 I’d love those plates in the next giveaway in July 😉 hint hint lol
Thanks for that and greetingsf rom us.
Very nice equipment, good images.. looking forward to a motorcycle find.👍🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧🤠
Appreciate you taking time to comment and watch. Greetings from us.
Toujours un plaisir🎬🔬🚀🌌💪🙏
Thank you Alexandre
is that a flooded village now a dam you could try bautzen stausee next
no it is in the Ocean. Thanks
Are those plates German? It's definately worth another look. Who knows what was thrown in there in 1945?
That is what we are going to find out. Thanks and stay safe.
Im wondering what object at 22:04 appears, Looks like thin metal like the end of a big bomb :-)
Hm , it could look like that yes. Thanks for comment and for watching.
@10:35 I kept imagining a head popping out of that boat like in jaws 😂
wouldnt be fun at all :) Thanks
@@WW2HistoryHunter No it really wouldn't be fun. Love your channel.
I think you discovered a whole lot of ancient pottery, I'm not sure though. You should look more into the area.
There are lots of different stuff down there. Thanks Ian
Does anyone else see that face and underneath the water if you looked diagonal from the back tire of the bike in between the two small rocks that are above the big one pause it at 14:11
Well there you go. Thanks for watching.
You and IKS should meet up. That would be fabulous!
IKS who ? just kidding , great guys they are. Thanks for watching.
Hi my name is Dale Deter Jr I'm from USA. Wouldn't it be easier to dive in the water.
Hi Dale , well the point is to use the ROV instead and glad we can. Thanks and greetings from us.
Hey bud...... I ordered my FIFISH V6 last night!!!!!! I can’t wait! Have you seen the manipulator arm for it? I can’t wait!!!!!!
In my opinion you have bought the best consumer ROV`s that there are on the marked right now and what a tool it is. You are going to have so much fun and learn so much about underwater adventure. Good luck and greetings from us.
WW2HistoryHunter thank you friend!!
Very clear camera!
I think so too!
Nice Adventure...
Thank you 😃
You simply need to train a crab and attach it to your rover and he'll grab whatever you want.
He he , that was so great to read. Good one my friend and thanks for watching.
The Fifish needs a grabber :)
It will arrive soon :) Thanks
Well, @ww2historyhunter, that was one angry woman to throw all those dishes. ;) As for the disturbance, could it be geological?
Ha ha , well it is going to be exciting to find out more. Disturbance was a special vessel not to far from where i dived. Thanks AM and stay safe
@@WW2HistoryHunter Indeed. It will be quite an adventure. Did you happened review what I sent it? And what do you think? Perfect for diving with the ROV.
Another awesome video. It's not very often you see the water get warmer the deeper you dive.
Thanks for comment and for watching.
Where I stay in Scotland, those species of crab are called Partens.
Good to know my friend :)
Exelente video.
Thank you Alexandro :)
Great finds and great showing what a good rov it is 👍
Thanks 👍
Loved this video. Imagine if you dived that area what you could bring up! Keep it up!!!
i agree though it is very deep and i thin kthe ROV can do a good job there. Thanks.
WW2HistoryHunter it absolutely did!
Thanks!
You are too kind my friend and thank you for that from us.
As always very well done.
Thanks again!
WW2HistoryHunter My pleasure, and thank you for posting.
That ROV is a $1,600 piece of equipment.
And worth every penny if you ask me. Thanks for watching.
It's not an especially old boat, ally propeller plate gunwhale.
ok
Reminiscing some good old clips! Pleasure and exciting the content you bring to your viewers!
It’s not every channel that has the host replying to all comments! Guess it’s hard at times but your efforts are amazing! Thank you once again for the adventure! The crab was awesome just chilling in the boat :)
Much appreciated my friend and greetings from us.
I love all the history you uncover! Much thanks from Illinois in the U.S.A...my grandfather was 28th Infantry 112th infantry regiment. He was at the battle of the bulge. Have you ever found any American G.I. 28th infantry items?
Not that i can recall. Thanks for watching.
I love your rov videos . Thanks so much 💜💜💜💜👍👍👍👍
We appreciate that Wendy :)
See if you can borrow a magnetometer that would do the trick.
ok and thnaks.
Is your Gladius Mini ROV still working fine?
It has worked 100 % flawless as long as we have used it. Thanks for watching.
Such great pictures. You definitely found some kind of debris dump, and it looks very much like the dumps you've found on land. So cool. And to have an ROV with a grabber, next time. Can't wait to see what you find. Keep up the fantastic work. Cheers!
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow , what a great video, really maneuvered the RV brilliantly, seeing the boat and sea life was amazing and that large crab especially fun, bottles and broken crockery, really interesting, makes to wonder, just what else could be laying there, hope you get to investigate more down there , was seriously interesting video, thank you for sharing with us 👍🙂
Glad you enjoyed it and we will be back !
Looks like you found a bike maybe that was the joke back then
No the bike is to new for that. and there should be more as well. Torpedoes was found there in the 80`s as well. Thanks
You need to find those bikes
Please go back and do again 👍👍
we will do our best and thanks for watching.
Curious to know how managed to extricate the Fifish
Thanks for watching.
I just wanted to say I love your videos & Great job the underwater explores are always fun to watch with you. KEEP SAFE and I wish you and your family good fortune from England.👍👍
Glad you like them!
Cheap and nasty reel doesn't even have a levelwind mechanism!
ok
Awesome footage brother thats a cracking bit of kit indeed cool video 👌😀👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Great intro again!! Thank's Fifish for helping explore the depth's for history!! Healthy looking crab lol!! Lot's of stuff down there for sure. Would take many trip's to cover the area fully. Stay safe and healthy, see you in the next one!!
yes that Fifish is a great tool and we are going to do a lot more work there in the future. Thanks Joshua and meet you out there in the next adventure.
Great video again HH. I’m looking forward to the next ROV adventure with the grabber. I’m sure you will find some really cool stuff and being able to retrieve it will make it all worthwhile.
Fingers crossed!
awesome u/w footage! i've never had fishing line issues yet, but mooring chains are no fun.
thanks for sharing and will be looking forward to your next dive!
Pete
Well i fear the fishing lines and nets the most diving with the ROV`s. Thanks Pete.
Great clear video my friend. I'm sure as you master your device we'll see more intense adventures from the deep. I'm also sensing that you'll be back to this site and you'll reveal a superb find. Look forward to the next adventure Sir. Be Well and Be Safe....
Well TEd you might be right :) Thanks
Fantastic vid!
Thank you for that :)
