Great seeing the work out, if you have a bath but epsom salts for muscles and soak in the bath it helps plus you can buy Epsom salts lavender or others and put it in and relax in the bath helps aching legs after the gym or once a week or whenever you have time for yourself try make some me time
The trouble with wrap with added protein is they are very dry and fragile, I made one from a new packet and ended up using three different wraps because every time I tried to roll it the blooming thing just split everywhere, in the end the filling ended up a holy mess. Wasn’t the prettiest thing I have eaten but at least it stayed together.
Hi can i just ask how did you get mounjarou ? my son is very depressed with his weight and the doctor said you can only get it if you have diabetes and wouldn’t give it him and prescribed one you can get on the nhs which isnt has good , any advise you could give is please 😢x
Can I ask what he has been prescribed hun? I have paid privately for mine with a private prescription from a pharmacy xxx Mounjaro is actually for weightloss so the gp is incorrect. It is extremely difficult to get though on the nhs xxx
@ ah fair enough. Hope he gets on ok with it. If he did want a glp1 he would probably need to fund it privately. Mounjaro is licensed for weightloss though so his gp informed him incorrectly. Hope he gets on ok with his medication. Xx
Yes we know its for weight loss but the only way the doc would prescribe it if he had diabetes unfortunately , we will see how he goes on and then maybe we will have to fund it ourselves if he doesn’t get the same results you have x
Does anyone get a red area after they have injected their Mounjaro? Usually the next day. Just a note I drink a shake that I get from Amazon called UFIT it comes in 25G protein and 50G protein and the calories are decent for that amount of protein each drink. I ordered some Huel protein drinks because everyone and their mother are banging on about the brand and you get the same amount of MLS as UFIT but they are for 20G protein and 400 calories which to me is so much more than the the UFIT ones and they are cheaper they do lots of flavours also. Just thought some of your subscribers and yourself would be interested I am not affiliated to them I use them instead of breakfast most days and get 50G of protein in on one hit.
I used to until I changed the brand of needle. I do have a nickel sensitivity so I wonder if it was this potentially causing the issue. Now I don’t get the red patch any more. Xxx
