When I was doing slimming world ,I used to crumble up the hi fi bars in with my greek yogurt and fruit . I’ve had to buy tortilla wraps today after watching your blog yesterday lol they just looked so delicious.
Hifi bars are so much better than these ones lol. I really wanted it to be nice …. At least I tried hehe. OMG the wrap was so good … hope you enjoy yours my darling xxx
@ it was lovely,I had grilled bacon ,chestnut mushrooms and scrambled egg in it , will try salad and chicken tomorrow. I like things that are quick and easy to make . The skinny crunch bars are great for a snack or crumbled in yogurt with fruit . The millionaires shortbread skinny crunch is my favourite,closely followed by the mint chocolate one .

Glen picked a lovely jumper for you, and I think as the orange bit is further down the stripes it works really well 👕(You'll have to imagine long sleeves because nobody seems to have invented a jumper emoji 🙄) I am not a fan of the fibre bars either 🤢 Apparently though pinto beans are good in both protien and fibre with around 13g of fibre per 100g cooked, so I'm off to get some tomorrow when I go to Tesco 😉 xx

Nah better to eat it … 150 cals without it is just too low for a meal. It’s really important to eat enough to protect your metabolic health. Glad you have an appetite now … xxx
I started my mounjaro this week im really struggling already and only on 2.5! I managed to force some breakfast down this morning but im just not hungry at all the idea of eating anything makes me feel sick.. did you find you jad to force yourself to eat at first? Youre doing amazing and jumper is lovely
Hi there. It can be so hard at first. Try and get calories in where you can and protein too if possible. I started taking a multivitamin too just to make sure I wasn’t missing out on those. Stay hydrated most importantly. I don’t know if you’ve seen my first 4 week video - I talk through my first month. It may be helpful. I’ve learnt to try and eat at mealtimes even if I don’t think I’m hungry. Good luck sweetie … it will get better. Don’t move up dose until you can eat better. I would advise you to track calories too to try and make sure you are eating enough xx
Hello from the northeast US. I’m (a guy) on the pen for type 2 👀………. It been cold and some more cold here. Very windy, some snow, and very cold. The last few nights at the house here has been in the negative at night 🥶🥶🥶.
My concern is, not able to eat. I’m eating but….. concerned about NOT getting enough of my fruits and vegetables per day. I used to eat one medium size apple, for example, but now, can only eat half. Another thing, I sleep for 6 hours and wide awake with energy but…….. get sleepy early in the evening …. 6 ish. I usually sleep from 2am to 10 am.
GLP1s obviously work by reducing your appetite, slowing gastric emptying etc amongst other things so it is to be expected that you are going to consume less. You need to then consider what you are eating. Calorie wise there is very lithe difference between an appreciate and half an apple but I do fully august your concern. Focus on protein and fibre. I take a multivitamin every day since starting my journey. I manage to eat a good amount of calories and eat a fairly sell balanced diet. You are getting a good 8 hours sleep so that’s pretty impressive. I do think things settle a bit after a few months. All I can say is see how it goes and if you have any ongoing concerns speak with your provider xxx

They are actually just dreadful. There is only one left I think so it will stay in the cupboard for now lol ♥️
