Thanks so much for sharing. Meals look lovely. I love a pasta meal and garlic bread. I’ll have to try the burgers from Aldi. Not tried the pickled pink onions. I’ll give them a try. I like gherkins too. I use jars too for curries. It’s so much easier if you’re rushing about. Xxxx

Very good video. Never knew about the frozen burgers! You are right with tinned fruit in juice. it is good. You eat the fruit and the fiber in it, unlike a smoothie made with fresh fruit as you break down all fiber blending. Xx

Do you put egg in bowl and how long microwave
Yes! But be careful! Had a fair few egg explosions. So either whisk a little and microwave for around 50 seconds. If you keep the yolk un whisked cook on a lower power for 1 minute 👍🏼 xxx it is really trial and error though with different wattages wtc. Whisked is safer- less explosions 😂 xx

The bread rolls are probably worse than the burgers for additives. That’s why they last so long.
Probably. You’re never going to get away from all additives and preservatives if you shop in a supermarket- unless you shop fresh / bakeries butchers . Etc but every little helps 👍🏼
Hello how many calories do you have each day?
This will change and completely depends on various factors. Age, current weight and height. When I’m looking to eat in a calorie deficit I will work towards my BMR - which again will differ for everyone based on those 3 things. You can work this out for your own online - Hope that helps 👍🏼 xxx
