You are welcome.
Nice! I hope you enjoy some good local stewed chicken and rice!
Hello. I was there for 5 days and unfortunately didn't get the privilege. But managed to get the best chicken quesadilla.
@@MickeyAgyei Good!
I saw a RUclips video of yours where you were saying you’re retired in Hopkins. But then I recall one where you went back to Ghana, so I was a little confused.
@@onedirection3510 I have said before that if I will retire in Belize it will be in Hopkins. I am definitely going to retire in Ghana in a few years. I'm working around UK and Europe at the moment.
@@MickeyAgyei Sounds good. You liking Ghana these days? You recommend it for a vacation at least?
@@onedirection3510 Yes that's where I was born. I will very much recommend it for vacation. There will be loads of videos coming from Ghana soon.
When I was based in Belize with the British Forces in the early 90's, I used to go to Caye Caulker a lot on my days off. I loved it there. It had a real chilled out, down to earth vibe about it. If I remember right, the South side of the Island was just mangrove with hardly anyone living there and no tourists.
Oh nice!! I bet you enjoyed your time there. How long were you there for?
@@MickeyAgyei I was there from December 1990 to June 1991 and again from September 1993 to March 1994, just before the final withdrawal of British Forces. I had the best times of my Service career in Belize. I loved the laid back atmosphere of places like Caye Caulker and Placencia and it worries me that they are now being concreted over for mass tourism development at the expense of the environment and the traditional lifestyle.
@@richardbrennan8271 oh ok. I am in the forces myself. Spent nearly 4 years in Belize and do go back now and then. I loved it too. Infrastructure development at the expense of the environment is now a worldwide problem.
Use to relax at the top of the southern Island few bars around that area, couple times stayed overnight and just slept in the open.
Your Belize videos hits different!!!!👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾 Kudos!!! I'm just imagining, caye Caulker being my residence.....woow
Yeah. Imagine that. Thanks 🙏🏾
At one time, the conch shell wall was reported as the longest one anywhere, but now that record has been surpassed elsewhere. It's a lovely part of the island and worth visiting.
That was a revelation for me. It looks nice!!
❤❤❤
Just stayed two weeks in Belize, the 1st week in Key Caulker..BEST TIME EVER! We never made it south of the school, so thx for the tour!
I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes it never occurs to tourists to go that far.

Hello. Thanks very much. I hope and know you will enjoy your trip.
It goes much farther then the wall. Its a public road so you can go through
Ahh ok. I wasn't sure. I got a bit weary in case I was trespassing.
@@MickeyAgyei Next time you wander the south side, rent or borrow a bicycle and keep going! There is a bike path south of there and more to see.
@@karencooksley oh ok. The person I was with also put me off as they were uncomfortable to proceed.
What is further south please would anyone know
What's with the shoes??? It's nerve racking!
I know!! I was wearing flip flop. I didn't think my microphone will pick the noise. Sorry.
