I thought Cobain used primarily Boss DS Distortion pedals.
Guy looks like an old mcloving lmao
I just paid 2 grand for a rare large poster for a concert in Dublin same date his body was found plus a ticket for the show. Rarer than rare.
Why on earth would you pay $2k for a piece of paper advertising a concert that never happened?
@@jeremytheoneofdestiny8691 because it's rare and valuable
Seller: id come down to 5,000....but i don't think
Me: Why are you even talking right now?
0:21 when you think your about to swindle some fool.
and the situation wasnt quite as intense as I thought. I need you around me to remind me when not to be calm.
you're my favorite
Guy needs to sell it to a collector.
Kurt never played a DOD Grunge, he put it on his pedalboard as a joke. When he was asked about his tone, he would say "Its the DOD Grunge, man. Thats the secret." He never turned it on.
source?
Actually if it’s true then it helps authenticate that it was on the pedal board. Need a photo.
That's gets me every time "I'll go 500" " the lowest I could go is 5000 " lol
When I was still at school, one day, our mineral economics lecturer asked us in the lecture, that time the room was quite noisy" do you guys watch pown shop"?? hahahahha ,
the battery covers missing forget it
Why sell that
deplore do you loser with nirvana. No didn't think so
crack
I want 15,000 but will go as low as 5,000 wtf ?
exactly what I thought, guy had no fucking idea who nirvana was, barely was able to mention there most popular song
40$ pedal new, 5$ used.. literally nothing actually special about it
At this point in history, I'd say 2k max.. if he's lucky. Although, if it was in fact played and used by the guy, who knows what it could be worth in the future. Interesting..
Let me get my Kurt Cobain peddle guy
You can see the pedal in parts of the live and loud show
what about the shotgun kurt used?
only if he signed it before hand
Hanging in some detectives wall... Nevermind, I'm sure he sold it to some private sick collector.
remingtons always get good resale
It was melted down by Courtney love
Alec Deflorio CL had it melted it doesn't exist 😔
“I know his guitars can sell for a small fortune”
*sold for $6 MILLION*
6 million dabloons
"It should be in a museum"
"a grand, 2 grand"? lol I'd buy this for 3 on the spot
I love how Cory says "died" at 27 and not "killed himself" at 27, true believer in the Coutney Love conspiracy
No they just have to use less triggering words on cable.
«Are you a big Nirvana fan?»
«Oh yeah, I listened to Smells like teen spirit over and over»
xander I also like their song killing in the name
Haha and Kurt would hate music snobs like u, so u just played urself
This same pedal was sold at Julien’s auctions for 16k
Kurt actually never really used this pedal live, it just sat on his pedalboard.
Kind of skeptical about this the moment I saw it on TV. Kurt always used a Boss Distortion on stage along with an Electro Harmonix Small Clone Chorus, and that's it. 2 distinct pedals in his arsenal.
this pedal was sold at auction for $16,000
Actually his girlfriend wrote Kurt smells like teen spirit on his wall.
"You a big nirvana fan?"
"Yeah, actually the only song i know is smells like team spirit"
"It's actualy teen spirit"
"Really? C'mon who's the nirvana fan here" (well clearly not you)
It was never actually used by him, he had it as a joke
"This is what I called you about."
"Stomp-box?"
"Allegedly used by Kurt Cobain."
"Oh, that's pretty cool..."
He would've paid way more for a pedal famously used by Mr. Brown
John Odgaard SHHHHUT UP PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UPPPPPPPPPP AGAGAGSGAG THAT JOKE IS DRIVING ME INSNAE NSJSJSJSJSJSJSJXHDJJSS SHUT UPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
James Brown was a singer, not a instrument player.
MrParkerman6 a voice is certainly a type of instrument that got along with Mr. Brown famously.
