We bought one also! I love it! Its a 1000 percent more stable that the S1 or S2 that weve owned when they were first released. I stopped buying them because of stability issues. This box is by far the best one to date! We get about 1600+ channels and tons of movies.🤘😁

I would assume that whether you buy the V5 Pro or Max, that they both use the same back end server infrastructure. One thing that concerns me that you pointed out in the S5 Pro review is that you have an inventory of 'open box' units at half price. That implies a high rate of return of the boxes. I would really like to recommend a plug and play solution (like these fully loaded boxes) to some friends who want to ditch their cable TV. Any thoughts?
No I only offered the model featured in the video at half the price because I have to many boxes and need to make a little dough off of them. These boxes do not have a higher rate of return as many enjoy great savings by ditching like you said.
I tested the box out and it's a pretty good Box. I recommend this box 100%. The WiFi 6 is fantastic 😊 with less lagging and freezing effect. Outstanding job SuperBox ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great review! My brother has this same Superbox and really likes it. I am told you can install Kodi media player on it, and VLC may also install, but I am not positive on that.

They just released there brand newest device n box is called Superbox Elite Ultra comes with 4 GB ram storage 128 GB n 16 premium apps its there top model this S5 max only has blue apps version n backup tv all it has so if its down u still need a backup option its there low end model for 2024 period its personal choice n options I follow these fully loaded boxes there huge n value there if u know what the device can do n u must learn the device
They put more live services (beyond just Blue) on the Elite Ultra? If so I'll be interested in that one, waiting on someone to do a review & hopefully give discount. I also like that it runs on Android 12. Was gonna go with vSee Elite box due to good reviews on it but they only have Android 10 on it.

I am new to these boxes, and I assumed that a VPN would be needed if you planned on using the apps that you need to install to the get the full value from this type of Android box. Some live TV services depending on your Internet service provider may regulate your IP address for which some use a VPN to get around. The way this box works connected to their servers does not require that
Yes the Blue Playback app records TV shows from up to one week ago you can fast-forward and rewind those. I believe that there is a way if your channel is not listed on the default playback list to add it to the list for recording.
The primary apps which are the Blue TV and Blue VOD apps do not have channels from Asia. In the SuperBox Elite Ultra model comes additional apps from the ELITE servers. Those apps have channels from Asia.

sounds like the box has gone defective or its power adapter is failing, or the board is simply overheating. This is usually the cause of random shutdowns

No Dolby Atmos that is a dealbreaker for me, I have a high-end Klipsch Surround Sound Auto System

If the box does not have the AV1 decoder I don't think software decoding would work
