I was thinking about the same thing. You can't completely hide behind the target, there must be hand or something showing in picture. What I think is that final form of picture came out of PhotoShop
You’d be surprised how well this works. The really slow shutter speed helps to make your hand disappear since it’s behind the light source. If your settings are correct, you can actually walk around with the light and you will appear invisible as long as the light doesn’t spill on you. It’s a lot of fun
Because it’s a slow shutter speed so the camera picks up the lights and the person because they did not move or were not bright and the person was behind the light
due to the slow shutter speed only NEW light sources are captured, that is also why the photogrspher usually dresses in dark clothes, this is the best explanation i have come scross but i know nothing to be honest
Just so you're aware, most androids have a "pro mode" in the "more" setting. You can change shutter speed and ISO there. You don't need to download an app. Due to this, I've lost confidence that you could teach me anything.
Just so you're aware, a simple mistake like not knowing about a setting in a phone OS does not make someone a bad teacher, it makes them a human. Due to this. I've lost confidence that your last sentence adds anything of value to the video whatsoever.

because he is behind the light source
