I’ve been using this for a month and I absolutely love it!!!! And, for the record, I cannot stand stick foundations.... I am the same color that I wear in the complexion rescue gel.... I am 51 yrs old with normal to drier skin.... I use the Sigma F80 to apply but now I can’t wait to try it with my fingers in the morning!!!! It is a beautiful light to medium coverage with such a pretty finish... I very very very lightly set with powder after I finish with my other cream products.... happy shopping everyone!!!! Susan ❤️❤️

I am LOVING this foundation I am 50 with pretty good skin. I use 4.5 [neutral color] wheat on face and 1opal [slightly pink] under my eyes. It is AWESOME just as an under eye concealer!~!!! It just a sheer moisturizing but not greasy foundation. Truly LOVELY. Ladies over 50 really try this as an under eye concealer you will be happy❤️❤️
Elle, I have a confession. I rarely get to comment bc I’m usually driving while listening to you. 🙈. I just stopped at a red light and looked and I believe this is the prettiest look on you I’ve seen in a long long time. Absolutely stunning. Skin; eyes, lip color: etc... PS. I have dry skin and this is the first stick foundation that works for me, it's so easy to apply and it really is hydrating! and cooling 😊💕 it looks great on you too!
I just got the cream gel SPF 30 same thing. I like it for quick looks.

After going full huge circle with numerous liquid foundations I’ve come back to my holy grail, Cover Girl cream foundation. The coverage is excellent covering all of my imperfections (with very light color correcting in certain problem areas) it feels light and a small dusting of powder is all that’s necessary. The same experience with under eye concealer. I’m back to Cover Girl stick concealer and I’m using less due to the color correcting creams I found which were the only useful thing I’ve purchased. It was quite an experience but now I know what works best for me. Price wise you can’t beat these two either. Just wanted to share my personal experience with other women especially those over 50. Not sure how many of those you have as subscribers Elle but I’m one.🥰 My skin type is normal to oily in the T zone.
My “must have” is that it’s cruelty free, the green elements are an extra bonus for me. My every day base is Complexion Rescue, so I will be trying this from QVC UK, and I can send it back if I don’t like it. I buy most of my new products from QVC UK because of the returns policy as we can’t return makeup to shops in the UK. I’m so glad you liked it Elle! I’ve been using it in suede and must say, I love it! I’m 66 and it doesn’t settle in my wrinkles and can’t wait for our Texas summer!
Ive been using this for about a month in the same color, Natural, as my Complexion Rescue. I use a light amount of hydrating mineral veil to set the t zone where I get oily. I love it. Perfectly portable for vacation.
Due to some very serious health issues my skin has aged prematurely. At 55yrs, I'm now blessed with lines, wrinkles and crepeness of an 80yr old. I've been experimenting with foundations & powders, but everything settles in the crevices so badly it has made me very emotional. The struggle got to me today & I began to sob uncontrollably! Unable to work, I'm not able to afford treatments to fill or reverse these lines, so I must rely on affordable cosmetics. I deeply trust your judgements and wonder if you have any suggestions for me? I agree. I've had my eye on this but I've been trying to avoid impulse buying this year. After your review I'm so sure that I would get a lot of use out of this foundation. And so quick for the mornings when time is not my friend. It's going to be my next buy.

I thought it looked even better in natural light than the indoor lighting, which is impressive. I just bought this, but haven't played around with it yet. However, I was really impressed with the finish of it when I tried it out in he store. It looked so natural and beautiful. I hope I see those same results when I apply it myself instead of the when the makeup artist applied it. Thanks for your video; it was good to see how it applied with the fingers. The makeup artist recommended buffing it in with a brush, but I think it looks just as good applied with the fingers.
Thanx for the video. I have Buttercream 03 pluss Complexion rescue gel in the same shade, though it is a bit darker in the stick. If you want to get rid of pigmentation I can recommend PCA pigment treatmet gel, it made wonders to my skin, and i had reeeeaaaalyyy dark and huge spots on my forehead , chicks and even under eyes due to the skin sensitivity after medication.

I took mine back. It looked horrible and sat in every pore and line. My face looked greasy and I'm a dry skin person. BM in general doesnt work for me

There's no denying it's a very pretty foundation. But the ingredients aren't right for me. I would have to wear a silicone based primer with it and it's just too much for my skin and my liking.

It looks beautiful on you! I am loving this. Got 2 shades so I do a little contouring w/ it. Haven't tried a pore filling primer w/ it yet. That is my one complaint. Kinda blings up those pores. But I love it so much I wear it anyway. My skin is always better the next day. TY!
I wore it the day before yesterday and it actually wore better than my Chanel Lumiere Velvet but I had the same issue with pores. My pores are actually not very large but this almost highlighted them. I'm going to try with a primer today

Lancôme and YSL have stick foundations that are more for oily skin. I think the hourglass stick foundation can work well for all types of skin. I have dry skin and I love it and my friend who has combo to oily skin also loves it.

So I guess I'd better subscribe and save myself a little trouble☺ You're looking good and I think I will be more in the know if I can start following you.
In this case I am interested in light coverage but a dewy look or perhaps just a quick look into have a base to put some of my other products of them but very lightly nothing too heavy. I think this Foundation stick looks good for that and I already like the original Complexion Rescue☺

I think this bareminerals stick foundation is very similar to the ulta brand moisturizing stick foundation, but I’m not sure if it’s water or silicon based

The foundation looks really beautiful on you & the wear time is just off the charts! I also want have as "green clean" as possible, but I want it to look great too! & be somewhat resonable price wise, which this one isn't too bad.
I wanted to know what your opinion is about the dimethicone, & just anything you have to say about it. With that said, is there any other "clean" foundation that looks as good as this Bare Minerals one, with similar long wear, & for the same designated skin types, & general price point? I don't necessarily care if it's a stick formula or not. Thanks Elle.

How do you get this to stay on your nose while applying it with your fingers? I tried it different ways and it seems to look like I rubbed it off.. I too have dry skin. Your skin looks flawless!
As you see I use a beauty blender at the end and that helps with this xo
Although there’s many foundation sticks out that reference” water like feel” properties, I couldn’t find any that claimed to be “water based”; so maybe Bare Minerals claims, are true. I mean, legally they’d have to be right🤷🏽♀️, to market the brand with this claim?

I got bare minerals brighten serum foundation I love it! I got mine at TJ Maxx. For 8 bucks. If got the mineral veil is there setting powder
@SummerBreeze Young I’ve seen those foundations there too. I didn’t get it because I couldn’t try the shade first and they won’t take it back if it’s been used. I also saw a Becca foundation but couldn’t tell AT ALL what the color was (opaque container). I should spend a day and get my matches ahead of time incase this happens again. Things like powder, blush and eyeshadow are so much easier to just go for. It’s hard to pay full price when you can score a deal like that.
