OH THANK GOD! you actually did a typing sample/test. Way too many reviewers on youtube who review keyboards and don't even touch a single damn button. It's super annoying to sit through a 10 minutes unboxing review and the damn dude don't even type on the board.
exactly what i want to hear from them. I want to hear from them after using it a few months doing their thesis, for example.
true, they spend time reviewing the package and the box and blablabla, as we care about the board, or how it is packed! Come on, we open the box one time and go on with life!!!
And most impoortant a keyboard, is to type on it for God sake!!! They talk about it and this, as we gona marry the damn product!!! And the most important aspect is never touch as you mentioned!!
I dont understand why people are complaining about this keyboard, or Rapoo brand!!
I am using this keyboard for more than 6 years now, and it is an exellent product!!!
What I like:
1. It is really slim, so it is a perfect choice if you like minimalist setup!! I do not like huge mecanical keyboard on my table....
2. it is wireless, and the battery really last a lot, almost 2 years for 2 good brand AAA batteries! amazing battery life!!
I do not like wired device, mouse or keyboard, so if you want wireless device you can not go wrong with Rapoo Brand, really good product!
What I miss with this product:
Visual led for Num Lock and Caps Lock, my alternative is to use "Keyboard LEDs" soft, it is a small soft as its name say, it helps you to know when Num Lock or Caps Lock is enabled.
RGB, boff no big deal for me, RGB is fancy at the beginning then wherever... As said not big deal, can can live without RGB...
Other than that it is a perfect device, and I am even using it at the moment!!
Mecanical keyboard, boff, lets be honnest guys, if you are not a blogger or a secretary, how long most people are writing on a keyboard by day?? most of us are typing a few words per day and thats it... the time of MSM is very far...
Anyway, if you want a good friendly keyboard and you like the point I mentioned go for it, or go for new Rapoo keyboard similar to this one, as it is an old product as a bit out of stock... Anyway Rapoo got my Respect.

does it work on pc over usb without the batteries in or is it bluetooth only
@@poorlymadeproduction nope, it can not be connected to PC by cable USB. Only through Wireless Dongle, it is actually Radio , thats why the batteries last that much.
Watching this some 5 years later and I am pretty sure Apple did not get killed.
I got that keyboard, its amazing guys, only problem, no connection at 10 meters

How do you pair this to an Android phone? It gives me a pin,then instructs me to enter it on the keyboard followed by ENTER/RETURN KEY but it won't connect. Thanks

Which wireless technology use this keyboard? I don't need Bluetooth and WiFi because when pc goes in Bios mode I cannot press F1 (pc doesn't read keyboard because out of Windows OS) while with USB wireless (or with cable of course) maybe yes (I hope) 🙏😂

This keyboard kills my logitech k360 hands down. I'll buy one in the next month or two.
I like [some of the] Rapoo designs. But given they are not fully Macintosh -compatible, to Me they're of limited utility.

I wonder what the actual owners have to say about this. I'm a programmer, I use this keyboard for a month now and it's rather shit - you get what you pay for. The buttons are actually rubber pillows underneath the plastic button, without the normal metal support you get in other keyboards (the two crossed metal legs over plastic bed, which is released by spring), that's it, nothing more, just rubber pillow. It feels nice to touch and press, but because of that, it just so happens (and Amazon reviews verify this) that sometimes the button doesn't get up in time before you press it again and you a miss a press. On my particular keyboard, left arrow only works if I press it on the top half. So, for 25 pounds, very good deal. Is it actually good for pro typers? In my opinion, no.
Would anyone still have the usb receiver for this keyboard, I lost mine and the keyboard was actually put away for years in perfect condition so I can’t use right now….bummed…

The Rapoo doesn't have a light when you turn the CAPS LOCK on right?

sandypet1995 Many people agree that caps lock is a rather pointless button and some keyboard makers are already starting to replace the button with other functionality. I am a heave computer user for 20 years and i have never really used caps lock ever. IN THE RARE CASE WHEN YOU WANT TO WRITE AN UPPERCASE SENTENCE YOU JUST HOLD SHIFT DOWN AND START TYPING :)
speedsociety It's a matter of habbit I guess,. I use it all the time but maybe I'll try to use shift more now that you told me this.

after 2 days of usage: 1) it's small so it takes some time to get used to it 2) keyboard is shallow with small amount of key travel just like on laptops and its very quite but the springs underneath the keys are so strong that you must press harder otherwise you will omit keys especially if you do fast touch typing. I hope these srigs wear out with time (us! I constantly omit 'p') .....ppp p p p p p :)
+Aleks Zivkovic forgot to mention pros which is...it looks good, build quality seems ok and it doesn't take up much space on your desk... It is perfect for girls and kids, not for profesioinals, coders and gamers.

Apple killer hahaha. The wired version is the best keyboard I've found. But it died from electric shock... so that's a flaw in the design. Keys were also a bit too mushy.

I have a similiar Keyboard that has serious trouble with longer distance... and that means ~2-3 m.
Not very usable for TVs or so. Starts tttttttttttttt or eeeeeeeeeeeee typings or nothing at all and all of a sudden types out its buffer... Anoying.

very difficult to disassemble it, it is glued like hell!! I attempt to disassemble it, but did not go well. So at the end I bought another keyboard...

I insist to open mine and I know how and can give you the correct process:
first you need to remove all the key cap. How? you should rise a bit each keycap and with a small screw driver pop the keycap from the key cap retainer!!
It is exactly the same anatomy for the keyboard of Laptops!!

then you should remove all the KeyCap retainer, it is the 2 pieces white plastic, that make the key rise up.
at this moment you should heat the aluminium frame with a hairdryer to remove the aluminium sceleton above the main keyboard layer frame. You will see the Plastic layer is kind of sandwish between back aluminium and this skeleton I am talking about. You can even remove 1 "CTRL" keyCap to see what I am talking about.
It is an damn strong glue!!

And I bought again the same keyboard, eheheheheh , Rapoo E9070 !!!
Why ?? because I love that keyboard, and at the time, I did not find any keyboard better than this Rapoo, I looked really for a lot!!
First time, I tried to open it, because some coke got on it, my bad.
So now I got extra KeyCap in case something goes wrong. And this time I covered the whole keyboard with some Kitchen Plastic Wrap film!! I know it is not super beautiful, but I covered it in some professional way, and it really does help, cause it went without to said, that even covered again, water/ coffee or coke got over it, and this time just clean it, and still alive ))

The apple keyboard is fine, other people have other opinions, for the truth, I've used and owned a apple keyboard, and loved it, the only thing I hate is theres not many keys as their are on other keyboards. The keyboard looks and feels good and has good build quality, but it has difficulties communicating with its receiver, thus I get a lot of sssssssssssss and ppppppppppppp button presses. It also doesn't even register button presses sometimes, until I drop the keyboard from 10 centimeters to give it a knock, then it starts working again, figure that out. Overall a disappointment, I regret buying it now.
Edit: 1 month later I couldn't take it any longer and smashed it to pieces today. Rapoo is a shit brand, DO NOT BUY!
This thing is shit, i had one for a few months. After 3 days the keys start falling of. Typing is a bitch but after a while you get used to it. My advice.. do not buy this set!
Martin Verkaik I have a set, yes the keys fall off. currently the Ctrl key and the right arrow key has fallen off but i still love it, think they just need to fix a few design flaws but it looks and works great.
I was about to buy this keyboard until i found out this is a Chinese company.

keys are very unresponsive, youi miss them most of the time. its just weird :/
+sekilol this is a known issue try not using any usb 3.0 devices with this keyboard close to the usb dongle because it is causing some weird interferrence with the keyboard.
