I have never been to the GW bins but was up early this morning & was going to go for the first time…but didn’t. It is 37 miles away for me. There are good places for lunch in that town & a few antique places along the way, so it will be a fun day! Wish I had a friend to go with me! I, like you, don’t have many friends that enjoy my style….but that’s ok with me….im not going to change now!

It was a really large wall so i was still collecting still have frames with no art & art without frames! So whenever we get out house, I'll be doing one there! In the meantime, I'll be collecting! I really need more small pieces. My MIL gave me one beautiful Victorian era photo that she had inherited from her MIL's estate, but that's just not her vibe. She's got quite a few more in storage she giving me next time we go to visit in NC.. So that's exciting! We go this weekend back to TN to pack everything up & put in storage, that's going to be tough! I'm so afraid of something getting broken😬 But its going to be very bittersweet..i love TN & I'm going to miss it & all the amazing people we met in the 5 wonderful years we were there🥹 Ok Again..i love this room & everything in it, how everything is styled.. just everything about it❤ The pops of yellow I really pretty too! I'm your friend, and its never too much😁 I hope when i get to do my wall.. it looks half this good, that'll make me happy! Never been to the bins, but the one not far from me now so I'm planning to go soon! Girl.. its so dang hot down here, its just miserable! I melt every time i walk out the door🫠 it'll be nice when November gets here🫤 And you painted the most awesome winter picture..i'm going to miss my fav time of year FALL! And Winter too!😔 I have a faux Electric fireplace..i can still turn on the fire, don't know if I'll ever get to hue the heat🤷♀️ It gets chilly in January and February.. Oh, if I came visiting, I would never leave that room. The history wall is so well curated. You have a great eye for detail. I collect old photos and have them scattered about the house. My husband drew the line at my dead baby funeral photos. They would dress a deceased baby and pose the infant in a christening gown. Not everyone 's taste, I know. Thanks for sharing.
Your gallery wall looks like it was just meant to be there. Anyone who has ever done any sort of hanging like that knows how hard it is to do and line up and choose what goes where etc. Fabulous job! My kids think I’m weird too for having “creepy old timey” ppl hanging around. They don’t realize we all become old timey sooner or later 😂
It turned out fantastic! It really does make the rest of the room more cohesive. And the rest of the room is stunning and curated beautifully! I finally put up a gallery wall this past year and it took me over a year to collect the items. Plus my husband couldn’t envision what I wanted, so he didn’t want me to do it. One day, I took the plunge and just did it when he wasn’t home, using only command strips (in case he really hated it), but now I think it has grown on him a little. At least, he hasn’t asked me to take it down. And my wall is nowhere near as spectacular as yours! Love seeing your furry friends 😊

Good afternoon sweet friend 😊 your gallery wall turned out beautiful ❤ pulled everything together 😊 I’ve got old pictures all over my house I just love them the stories they could tell those are the men & women who built America ❤ girl I was adding a pc on top of my hossier took something’s off before hand however I forgot the cabinet was all the way against the wall & the old stover cover & bread board fell behind 🤦♀️ I got the bread board out but can’t get the other pc out 🤦♀️ can’t budge the cabinet either he’s @ work 🤦♀️ I remembered a old pc of wood I had so I cleaned it up & gonna try & put it up to fit flush w/ the wall so that doesn’t happen again 😂 it’s that just what happens when you think oh that’ll look good 😂 ya then you gotta mess😂 oh well it’ll work out 😊 but I gotta figure it out don’t wanna wait that long it’ll drive me nuts 😂 I said that’s what I should flim the bloopers of decorating 😂 anyway gonna watch your bin’s video 😊 have a Blessed day 😊

I’m working on my wall of history. My husband calls it the wall of dead people 😂 he thinks he’s funny. I told him that some of those people could be his relatives, since I bought quite a bit of pictures from his hometown in Iowa. Love your wall of history. ❤❤
It’s beautiful I think if you changed the white furniture on the other side of the room to the darker colors you have the rest of the room and went with some Victorian style curtains it would be perfect but either way it’s beautiful
I love your wall of history, to me it's beautiful. I did a wall of pictures in my living room. I'm all the time changing things on it. I go thrifting and find something that I like better. You really did such a great job with your wall. Since you are calling it a wall of history what about newspaper articles framed? I gave my son some from WW2 he framed them and turned out really nice.
It takes a lot of work to do a gallery wall. It turned out great. I love the rose prints in the oval frames. My powder room is all rose prints on the walls. I’m always looking for more of them. Where did you find yours? I tend to keep shopping the local thrift & antique stores near me but should maybe venture out to others: I do go to Murfreesboro but not often enough.
I love the football picture and line using it in the fall but if I find a horizontal 8x10 that is older I’ll replace it. That frame is an 11x14 I believe. Thank you!!!!
