I’m so sorry for your/his (loss). I followed this man’s journey. He rescued this handicap dog and made him part of his travels and life for years on a bike. He built a custom cart for him. The dog never gave up and enjoyed his life traveling with his beloved adopter as he cycled through rain, snow, or sunshine. Giving his dog the life he never would otherwise experience. 😢 thank you for giving this dog a blessed life that will return to you in millions of blessings. They were not friends, stop romanticizing. The fox, a predator and prey animal thst hunts it's own food with it's face and has killed and nearly been killed daily, was curious about a creature. It followed, and wasn't attacked. That's not friendship, that's a distraction from the horror show called Living in the Wild. If it were friendship, the fox and dog would have played and cuddled, or at least shared a meal. It was curiosity at best, turned into a habit.
What a sad story. My heart is broken. God had a place waiting in heaven for your precious baby. Prayers to you all. Wonderful owners. United in prayers.

😢 makes a grown up man shed tears. This is really heart breaking 💔😭 The fox was weak and hungry and was looking and following her around for an easy meal. The fox had probably not eaten in weeks. You can see the sadness in the fox's eyes when he finally realizes the easy meal is now dead and lost. He must go home empty handed with his poor little, young ones expecting papa to come back home with meat. Should have just let the fox have his meal. 😢. Please do not tease animals like that. If you don't wanna feed them just leave them alone. You can't lay a table full of dinner right beside him only to pack up his dinner, load it up on a walker and head back home. 😢.

My dog had this condition. His last six months alive were spent in a wagon or in his wheelchair. But he found a lot of purpose in his last years mentoring young pups at the dog park, teaching them dog manners and how to be social. It was so uplifting. I thank God that all dogs go to heaven.

I'm getting up in years and not in the best of health so I've already made plans for my pack to have a new family if I beat them to the Rainbow Bridge. Same. My dog was identical and I had to let him go at age 15 because he could no longer walk and was in pain. It took over ab hour before I could leave him and I cried the entire time. Have a wonderful vet who checked on me during the entire time and never once asked me to leave!!

I watched a vet show this a.m. & the vet's asst. said it's best to put the goat down if it's blind because it would have no life not being able to see. Well, I wish I had been there to remind her HUMANS learn to live without sight & so do animals. It wasn't a vet office in USA & notice they, on occasion, think totally different than Dr Pol in Michigan who I admire beyond the heavens & have an endless amount of respect for. He tries to save animals no matter what & gives them a fighting chance to have a life. Don't we all deserve that. The dog got to experience one last friend & feel love or some sort of comfort from the fox. God is good, Amen 🙏

Charlette always knew when I would have my migraines and heart problems. She would put her legs on my lap and bury her head in my chest. She always made me feel better. She lived to be 13. Joshie missed her so much and looked for her for the longest time. My husband and Joshie were very close. We spoiled him with love and oatmeal cookies. They were our kids and are still missed and loved.

They were not friends, stop romanticizing. The fox, a predator and prey animal thst hunts it's own food with it's face and has killed and nearly been killed daily, was curious about a creature. It followed, and wasn't attacked. That's not friendship, that's a distraction from the horror show called Living in the Wild.
If it were friendship, the fox and dog would have played and cuddled, or at least shared a meal. It was curiosity at best, turned into a habit.

The fox was weak and hungry and was looking and following her around for an easy meal. The fox had probably not eaten in weeks. You can see the sadness in the fox's eyes when he finally realizes the easy meal is now dead and lost. He must go home empty handed with his poor little, young ones expecting papa to come back home with meat. Should have just let the fox have his meal. 😢. Please do not tease animals like that. If you don't wanna feed them just leave them alone. You can't lay a table full of dinner right beside him only to pack up his dinner, load it up on a walker and head back home. 😢.

My dog had this condition. His last six months alive were spent in a wagon or in his wheelchair. But he found a lot of purpose in his last years mentoring young pups at the dog park, teaching them dog manners and how to be social. It was so uplifting. I thank God that all dogs go to heaven.

Same. My dog was identical and I had to let him go at age 15 because he could no longer walk and was in pain. It took over ab hour before I could leave him and I cried the entire time. Have a wonderful vet who checked on me during the entire time and never once asked me to leave!!

I watched a vet show this a.m. & the vet's asst. said it's best to put the goat down if it's blind because it would have no life not being able to see. Well, I wish I had been there to remind her HUMANS learn to live without sight & so do animals. It wasn't a vet office in USA & notice they, on occasion, think totally different than Dr Pol in Michigan who I admire beyond the heavens & have an endless amount of respect for. He tries to save animals no matter what & gives them a fighting chance to have a life. Don't we all deserve that. Charlette always knew when I would have my migraines and heart problems. She would put her legs on my lap and bury her head in my chest. She always made me feel better. She lived to be 13. Joshie missed her so much and looked for her for the longest time. My husband and Joshie were very close. We spoiled him with love and oatmeal cookies. They were our kids and are still missed and loved.
