This was great, Tyler...but you need to add the step of taking it all the way to "Greek" yogurt. We put a strainer over a bowl, line the strainer with a large coffee filter and let the whey drain out into the bowl until the remaining product is so thick and creamy you can hardly stand the deliciousness! You can do this either on the kitchen counter or in the fridge...your choice. It will take several hours in all likelihood, but worth the wait in my humble opinion! Now you can make a video on all the things we can do with the whey! Thanks, my friend! Great videos!
