hi Shazz ❤ firstly, thank you so much for this channel. i wish i had found it sooner because besides the fact that i love it, you've helped a lot of us.
I'm a first year Unisa student via distance learning. I'm studying towards the Diploma in Law qualification which is a minimum of 3yrs.
I'm not going to lie... it's been uncomfortable but i wouldn't say i regret it. it's only been uncomfortable for the reasons that i hardly have people to help me regarding school issues or whatsoever and a lot of other financial issues of which i tried applying for NSFAS but oh well... I've been provisionally funded to date. i just don't know how I'm working through it but i am.
to prove that i hardly get help, i was even confused during my application... i didn't know which modules to choose, I didn't know why i was limited to 4 modules, however i got to understand everything but i feel i still need to understand a lot more. I don't know how exactly my way forward would look.
my questions to you are; when do you think is the perfect time that i can do practical work experience, more like training like how you did in college? And which law firm would you recommend in that case? that's if i may ask.
I am also looking to advance to an LLB after my diploma, so that i can become an attorney. So what advice would you give me?
I'd appreciate any sort of advice in fact.
That is all, i hope I'm not asking too much by the way.
Thank you in advance, sending you my love ❤.

      Hi there Khanyisile ♥️
Thank you so much for your incredibly sweet message, I truly appreciate seeing messages like this and I am glad my channel could help you 🤍🤍
Firstly with regards to seeking practical legal experience I would definitely advise that you start with applications as soon as you can, it really helps to start applying early and once you do get a position stay in it for as long as you can. Not only will it give you experience but you may also learn a lot!
With regards to where to start, think about starting with the firms close to home so that you aren’t affected too badly when it comes things such as transportation and the like, you could seek volunteer work as well 🤍
With regards to your LLB, I would definitely encourage you to pursue that if that is a goal of yours, apply once you have completed its very rewarding. Just remember that hard work and study pays off and don’t stop trying 🤍
Thank you for supporting my channel and hopefully it can help and assist you going further
      Much love ❤️

I'm in my final year of paralegal studies and is amazing but it's hard to find a job, internship, and vacation work it is heartbreak. I don't know what to do anymore.
Your videos encourage me and I am very excited about doing my LLB in the future.
Can you advise us about doing an LLB at Unisa?
    Thank you in advance ❤️
    Good luck with your exams❤️

      Hi Vanessa ♥️
Firstly I want to say don’t give up on your search for work you will get something soon, I know it feels heartbreaking not to find anything now but nothing beats persevering and Faith ♥️
Keep applying and don’t give up.
Regarding doing my LLB at Unisa, it was a good decision because I worked and had to put my self through school so it worked out well.
If that’s where you want to study it would be great for when you find a job but distance learning requires discipline 😅

If you’re enrolled for PLT through LEAD Distance learning, then all assessments will be online.
If you’re registered for PLT that has venue based classes, then you’ll have venue based exams. I think some tests would be online

I'm a third year LLB student and this year has been a mess for me, I failed to have a schedule in place I I ended up give other modules more time than the other and I struggled during exams but the whole experience was a learning curve for me. Come second semester I'll properly plan ngeke😭😭
