I love your videos! I find your studying tips for law school really helpful for my pre-law classes in undergrad right now! Also, I have trouble sleeping too and one thing that has REALLY helped is lowering the brightness of my phone and computer screen a few hours before going to bed. The light makes me feel wide awake. I also sometimes take magnesium tablets that you can get over-the-counter. It's a natural way that makes me feel sleepy. Hope that helps!

Do you make outlines for your personal preference or are they required as an assignment for your classes? If they are for personal preference do you just create one for each class you are taking and edit each after the lectures and use the final copy to study for your final or midterm exams? Lastly how many classes do you take at a time?

Pls don't take this the wrong way bc i am a huge coffee lover too.. but what you are saying about not being able to sleep in combination with the headache seems like the (delicious) coffee is the resource of it all (but i am not at all saying i'm an expert) . It dehydrates your body and causes headaches and sleeping problems even if you don't drink it before going to bed the coffee leaves a mark. Not trying to be rude at all! Love al your vids! Maybe try 1 cafeïne free day and see how you feel? You don't have to offcourse 🙈 anyway loved the vlog ! ❤❤
You were definitely not being rude. That is great advice and I agree with you. I love coffee, but it doesn't contribute to my migraines. Cutting back on it has helped tremendously.
I know coffee is the reason I can't sleep for sure! but I drink over a gallon of water a day so I think the headaches are from clenching my jaw and sleeping with my neck bent. thank you so much! & your comment deff was not rude! ❤️

Do you have advice about the stepping stones to take to get to law school? So internships, job shadowing, volunteer opportunities, targeted majors, and maybe some clubs or organizations to join when in college?

I went into law school thinking I wanted to do private criminal defense 100%, but now I don't know! theres so many different types of law I'm interested in. honestly, just do well in college, join clubs in what interests you, and get a good LSAT score! also, having a job or internship helps

Please make a separate video about making outlines & studying! I definitely feel you on the evilness of professors making you stay the whole time...especially in my 4 hour anatomy class 🙃 his tangents alone about some animal story in total take an hour.

Janese same! I used to hate drinking coffee, now I do sometimes drink iced coffee or frappés like maybe 3-4 times a month but i still find it hard for me to drink hot coffee because it makes my stomach hurt.

Girlfriend, love you, but you drink wayyy too much coffee. I wouldn't be surprised if that's a big factor in why you don't feel well/sleep well. Don't want to sound preachy, but coffee is one of those things that you should really try to limit and consume in moderation
I will never limit my coffee consumption haha
