The sizing is fixed about 20 minutes in and subtitles have been added for ep 2. I looked for them first ep 1 but when they weren’t under sound I made the wrong assumption that it was just an old game that didn’t have subtitles.
I played multi of BOPS Cold War and loved it and so looking forward to trying out multi for 6 but have heard such fun things about their campaigns as well so I had to check it out

@KanoSJ I hate that no one plays the ww2 Call of Duty games. A lot of people will even play the old black ops games and modern warefare games but not even World at War. It's sad
Have you played "World at War" (takes place during WW2)? Even though it came out first, It's not necessary to play it before "Black Ops", but it's part of the BLOPS timeline. The soviet part of the WaW campaign is the first introduction to Victor Reznov.
this game is literally my childhood, i love watching people play this story for the first time. i hope you plan on playing the sequels (Black ops 2 & Black ops: cold war) and possibly the prequel (call of duty World at war)
@@LIPPSMACKER i would say play world at war after this, and then play black ops 2 then cold war. it may seem weird because your playing out of order but trust me. if you felt like that would confuse you too much, i would finish this and play black ops 2 then cold war, and visit world at war once you have finished everything else.
I remember playing this game back in 2010 when it first came out and it blew me away. Best campaign and best zombies' mode in the entire series. As much as I do like BO2, BO1 just feels extra special. It's aged amazingly well in the last 14 years since its release. In fact, it's the last great COD game we've gotten since. The entire franchise peaked in 2010.
I really enjoyed this one and 2! Cold War was stunning with some great gameplay but the story was not as strong imo. Still can’t wait to share it tho cause I had loads of fun!

Fun fact i never seem to see anyone poining out: the voice actor for bowman is ice cube 😂 also, i diubt youve gotten any recommendations for this but a fun game to play through is castle crashers, its about as simple as gaming gets tbh, but its a fun little sidescroller, also just got an update out of nowhere after 13 years? So nows as hot as its gonna be probably 😂

@@LIPPSMACKER just so you know the modern warfare series is obviously no where near related to the black ops series in regards to story. i always say i cant choose which cod series is my favorite because the black ops series and mw series are tied in my head because of how good they both are, i really don’t want to say too much but i guarantee you’ll love them and we would love to see them on the channel too

One of the best franchises within Call of Duty. I would also recommend the World at War game as a starter but I wish you luck on the playthrough.
