They look like people, sometimes sound like people, but really stop and think about this for a moment. What brings you joy, and gives you the greatest sense of purpose and validation in your own life? If the answer is bring joy and comfort to those you love most, you are a human person. That is what is most sacred and defines us as humans. Narcissists don't have that. So get that through your head and realize that narcissists are just monsters that dress in human skin. They are not people.
They arent good people, but they often don't know it. They will often do their best to be moral and then to uphold a grandiosiy of moral superiority. This is especially true of religious narcs and/or those that grew up in deeply religious homes.
They will hate you just for having a conscience.
