There have been signs even before the clay court season started that konta is on the way back up bigtime, she lost to top class players in all tournaments this year, the backhand has always been world class but the forehand is starting to be a big weapon. I'd say that was her biggest win of her life, Bertens is the best clay courter in the world right now, after winning Madrid she was 2 points away from victory today but konta is mentally tougher. I think tomorrow will be a big day for konta. Best thing she done last season was spilt from Michael joyce
