Thank you so much. I'm a Spanish speaker and I understood every single word and also it is a very clear and simply explanation of cell differentiation. I hadn't understood this topic until now. Thank you very much.

The mechanisms that you describe as producing cell determination don't really explain how a certain cell chooses a certain determination. From your explanation I only understand how cells interact to form a "topological" and a functional unit, but not why, in the first place, a certain cell did determine itself to be able to pass the new specialized identity to nearby cells. Since every living being has a specific topological structure and this must be surely an important factor in cell determination, we would need, in my opinion, an explanation that accounts for the relation between topology and cell determination. How does the cell know where it is located, and therefore what determination it should choose?

Excellent work. Not sure why with inductive signaling some cells communicate via diffusion and others by direct contact or gap junctions. Thanks

You didn't explain how an undifferentiated cell in an embryo knows it is to form the first differentiated cell i the organism, say, the first neural cell. It can't be by induction. So how does an undifferentiated embryo stem cell know it must create the first neural cell?
