I have a concern in regards to this setup. O shot this weapon recently with the light and laser combo and it didn’t hold zero. The laser moved several times.
I took a dremel to the actual plastic rail clamps of the c5l/ctl and widened the part where the hellcat's rail comes in contact to the Viridian rail clamp (the rail interface on the light). It now sits perfect and no "side bulging" clamps on the Viridian rail interface.
I have this same set up, but the laser keeps losing zero whenever I draw and re-holster my Hellcat in my Kydex IWB appendix holster. I’m guessing that when the Kydex locks the Hellcat into the holster that the pressure is just barely moving the C5L. Unfortunately even a millimeter of movement is enough to throw off the zero a significant amount. I have a red dot and the iron sights so I can easily see when the laser is shifting.
this looks like it would be okay if it had a separate button for the light and the laser I don't want to have to keep hitting the same button to get what I need in a situation where it's emergency

Good video!! I got the olight baldr s on sale for my hellcat 45 percent off, $73 bucks. The quick adjust mounts solid, 800 lumens with green laser. Love this light! I have a streamlight on my 365xl, it does a good job but the olight is the boss!
How has it held up for you does it maintain it's accuracy? & is that c5l R verson ecr ready? Meaning does it turn off if you hold a magnet next to the attachment? I like auto on/off features.

I just bought it and set it up and read your comment, I can say it takes up the width of 2 fingernails so its literally like 1/20 a inch that the light takes in the trigger space.
Ya, the CTL (light only) doesn’t even mount. The optional right side plastic adapter that the OP shows is indeed what has to be used but the larger rail screw doesn’t align straight across to either of the left side plastic adapters. Both of the left side plastic adapters are exactly the same. Viridian fail.

Practical And Tactical my biggest question is did you correct the issue. After you tightened them up some at the range..? I notice there is a little play in the device when i move it with my hand its not completely still. Not sure if i need to push it and try to tighten a little bit more or if i risk damaging the device by doing so
The Truth for me, it was the recoil that keep causing it to move zero. Had nothing to do with me or screws not working. It’s the mounting onto the gun that’s not functional. I have it on another gun now and I’m going to see if the lack of zero is still present now that it’s on a G19.
I just got the crossbreed Reckoning for my hellcat, Just the gun no light. I’m not sure about it yet I’m kinda worried it will not hold up over time. The build seems rushed IMO. Seems like the screws throughout will work loose eventually.

The strobe light is disorienting to the person it is aimed at which makes it difficult for them to concentrate. Also, they avert their eyes away from the strobing effect. Think about someone trying to sneak through a dark house or just outside at night. The most disorienting thing they could get hit with (aside from a +P SCHP) is a sudden, blinding, strobing LED light. As for the strobing red dot? That’s a new one on me.
I prefer the Veridians look but I do agree the locking system on the streamlight feels more secure. I do however like this laser and light set up. It just wasn’t good for this gun.
Lasers on micro guns are stupid also lasers in EDC guns are stupid,not gonna have time to activate that shit on a threat that’s 10 to 7ft that’s damn close....hold on bad guy let me activate my laser before we get in this gun fight,market sure does cash in in suckers.
Trying to find a laser for this gun seems impossible. I am looking for a smaller package laser more like the luma that fits on the P365. Great review though. I am not even a tattoo fan, but nice hand tattoo.
Yeah tell me about it. Especially a laser that’s made for this gun specifically. I’m disappointed that it had all that media hype but hasn’t followed up with accessories like the P365. The Viridian didn’t hold zero at all. That kinda sucks. But, it stood on the rail.

I have installed the StreamLight TLR-6 on my Hellcat and shot over 100 rounds with it no problems. The fit is pretty flush with the gun and I love the hot spot. My biggest wish is that they would have added a strobe feature to the light. However, from 5 yards or closer this thing will blind you even though it’s only 100 lumens!
If this is your only pistol and used for home defense maybe but if you use it for its intended concealed carry purpose then why use anything else besides irons or possibly osp red dot 🔴
@@romeoking19 This weapon was designed for Last Resort Up Close & Dirty so putting lasers & whatever you can think of to make it look cooler only defeats the purpose of making a quick unhindered draw to eliminate the threat. I trained with an m9 with light and laser combo and it was much much heavier. My glock 19 is also much heavier. You won’t loose in proficiency with this set up. Close up is why I actually chose this configuration. Shots are more exact with the laser and the light so close to the gun doesn’t cast a shadow. I’m not mad at your opinion. You may see it as cheesy, someone else may have used this set up or similar already to save their life. All my guns set ups are based off weapons I trained with or had in service. Can’t be exact but I can be close.
8.57 minutes of absolutely no useful information, so basically you're saying it doesn't mount well, there is only 1 screw that holds the laser sight on, and you have not field-tested it to see if it works...or holds zero... It has the auto-on feature. You just have to get a holster with a magnet.

Trigger guard looks to have lost some pretty keen space. Winter carry with gloves might be a problem.

I use the StreamLight TLR-6 and a holster from JM4 the XL Short w/laser combo! JM4 magnetic holsters are amazing!
