When I was young, I aspired to leave an impact on humanity as large as I possibly could. I later learned that my aspiration for a legacy was ego driven and the goal was resolved when I realized that every human, even the greatest among us, will one day be forgotten. I mention this because I believe Kellis' conclusion and philosophy is much more positive and useful.
