- a song I wrote in 7th grade
Daylight bruises what darkness don't impair
Went to catch my breath for seconds but couldn't breathe the air
Smock of people's lost intentions not to sin
You say you like competition because you know you win
I know I'm gonna die
But I sense a good kind of feeling everytime, every time I'm high
If you've got stuffed with clothes in the closet
And life in your hands
If you've got sober parents behind you, just like now
You're a lucky man
Lost transmission of some senseless church of prayer
If god created good intentions, why there's bad vibes everywhere?
Took your picture, took three seconds, took your time
Were there ever writings about you?
Or just me, myself and I
There's something magic, I've felt it since the first time I heard your Slowdive's cover. Thank you, you've made my day❤
Awesome, really enjoyed this. I went looking for who did this originaly, only to come back here and realise that it's yours. Really impressed..
Beautifully written, tastefully played❤ you never cease to amaze!

This one needs a release!
Talented for 7th grade! So great, keep them coming! At 14, I was barely picking up the guitar and learning 17 Seconds album from The Cure :)
🥲
Beautiful presentation. Wish cool vocaka were more out front. Great voice
You have such a beautiful voice
Beautiful song!
AWESOME
Another work of art man!
Sounds amazing
Great song well written and a lovely voice . Are you miming this song or singing it at the same time of playing .?
Hi, Thank you so much!! Its recorded live while playing and singing, and then I recorded a second guitar and vocal afterwards. Cheers!
@@CasperIskov great stuff your a talented dude . All your own songs are brilliant . I came across you by chance looking for a slide away cover . The one you did was the best I’ve heard . If you don’t mind what guitar are you using I like the sound of it, I’m after a takamine it has a similar tone to that guitar your using , sounds similar to what I’m trying to get hold of the 1990 version .
@@Texicash Glad you liked it, thanks!! Its actually a 1970s Santana Mark II. They are quite hard to find, I Think I saw one on eBay a couple of years ago, but really its just one of the cheaper early 70s series. It just sounds bright and big, some instruments have their very own thing. When I’m 70 I will still only be playing this guitar for acoustic stuff, never get it replaced. I’ll might as well purchase some glue and gaffertape while Im at it
@@CasperIskov I love old guitars like you said some are there own thing . Yes your guitar sounds mint buddy keep it forever, it’s part of you . The one I’m after is really rare too, the takamine is hard to get hold of . I will get one though an when I do I’m keeping it forever . Keep up the great work !!
did you really write it in the 7th grade? your signature sound already in the chord progressions and vocal style. thanks for sharing your music with us 🙏💔
Good job indeed, man! Could you tell me the tuning you used for it?
Thank you so much! The tuning is DADGAD. Cheers!
Thank you!
