Can't find a job! Making my Anxiety, Depression & Mental Health worse!

- A bit of an update. The lack of finding a job is effecting my mental health more so. Also, I'm now not wanting to speak to anyone due to my mental health issues after quitting from my mentally abusing work place. Is anyone feeling the same?

My friend I have just lost my job after 17 years and I am in the same spot you are in. I am lost at the moment. So I totally understand how you feel. The anxiety is the worst thing for myself. I get these bouts of panic now that I have never experienced before and I hate how I feel. I've always had a job ever since I was 13 and just don't know how to feel about myself now. So my friend you are not alone in how you feel. And one of the last things you said, I have had those stupid thoughts as well, but it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. At least I hope it's temporary. Anyway THANK YOU for making this video and sharing. Let's both try to keep our heads up and move through this. It's nice to know that I am not alone but I don't like that others are going through this either. Anyway, be well my friend and good luck with finding a great job that is meant for you. I quit my job cuz it was awful but now I cant find a job, my mental health is just getting worse
I'm so sorry man. I know exactly what you're going through. I left my job with the public school system way back in April, and I haven't been able to find anything either. I just had to leave because I was immersed in a culture of toxicity. The job market is simply awful. I don't know if you're a religious man, but I would encourage you to bring your struggle to the Lord. It's truly helped my state of mind. Please consider these scriptures. Isaiah 41:10 - “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Mark 11:24 - “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Please know that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and if you'll just lean on him for guidance, he'll direct your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." You're going to make it my friend. Have faith and you'll be blessed with more than you can imagine. 🙏🪔

just found your video. same kinda situation here. My gf actually just got her 2nd job while i have the bills in my name and only work 10 hours a week. the future is becoming very blurry
I’m slowly but surely losing my motivation. I’m to the point where I say “F it” and just travel or start my own business. I’m tired of playing these different games with these recruiters-posting a job but already have someone in mind, having to rub shoulders with someone, ghosting me for a week and then I have to reach out.

I aplied to all the hotels and casinos one just told me aww you don’t have experience even with your degree, have you considered grunt job or the brige where everyone jumps off.
Yea am in my lowest i can't keep living the surviving thing look yes do this and that but I done begin a clown i work hard in college sacrifice not having friends or relationship, i lost it all theres nothing to live for and I already lost 3 friends last year
U might have to try fast foods. Sadly that's what ima end up doing. Iv Been unemployed for 3 months now. February I feel like will be 4. Tryna keep a positive mindset I get depressed every now and then I live with my parents I do feel like a bum but I know ima get a job 🙏 for everybody in this horrible position.
