I believe what we're seeing in the job market 2024 is no coincidence and will only worsen in time...but is deiberate....create a problem, let it simmer for a awhile so the populous begin to tear each other apart due to desperation, then offer a solution...the solution will be Universal Basic Income

The struggle is real & you’re not alone. Many people out here are facing the same situation including myself. I have not been able to find work in over 4yrs now. My wife & I have 2 little kids & we’re over 10k in dept & we’re down to our last few dollars. Putting up a front is something we’re all guilty of it. There’s no shame in it expressing your feelings. I also want to mention that turning out the light within ourselves will leave us in more darkness. Keep your head up, appreciate what you do have & continue to stay strong. I've been stuckin this position since April of last year, but I got by taking care of my mother as her Proider, but now she's in jail, I can't find no other option, im thinking of soliciting myself thats how bad it is.

I,m a bus driver and ever since brexet all the drivers from other countries went home since then those companies have become so desperate for drivers that our wages have gone up by a 3rd. Try it.

I’m slowly but surely losing my motivation. I’m to the point where I say “F it” and just travel or start my own business. I’m tired of playing these different games with these recruiters-posting a job but already have someone in mind, having to rub shoulders with someone, ghosting me for a week and then I have to reach out.

I been trying to aply to good office job for 4 years it's getting so much worse cause I reach the bottom of the barrel, it's either homeless or suic^# I aplied to all the hotels and casinos one just told me aww you don’t have experience even with your degree, have you considered grunt job or the brige where everyone jumps off. Yea am in my lowest i can't keep living the surviving thing look yes do this and that but I done begin a clown i work hard in college sacrifice not having friends or relationship, i lost it all theres nothing to live for and I already lost 3 friends last year

My friend I have just lost my job after 17 years and I am in the same spot you are in. I am lost at the moment. So I totally understand how you feel. The anxiety is the worst thing for myself. I get these bouts of panic now that I have never experienced before and I hate how I feel. I've always had a job ever since I was 13 and just don't know how to feel about myself now. So my friend you are not alone in how you feel. And one of the last things you said, I have had those stupid thoughts as well, but it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. At least I hope it's temporary. Anyway THANK YOU for making this video and sharing. Let's both try to keep our heads up and move through this. I'm so sorry man. I know exactly what you're going through. I left my job with the public school system way back in April, and I haven't been able to find anything either. I just had to leave because I was immersed in a culture of toxicity. The job market is simply awful. I don't know if you're a religious man, but I would encourage you to bring your struggle to the Lord. It's truly helped my state of mind. Please consider these scriptures. Isaiah 41:10 - “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Mark 11:24 - “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Please know that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and if you'll just lean on him for guidance, he'll direct your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." You're going to make it my friend. Have faith and you'll be blessed with more than you can imagine. 🙏🪔
