Hello! Im trying to redo it so it counts between 2 diffrent dates in project start to project finished (2024-02-07 - 2024-02-15). But it dosen't understand what im trying to do. What do i need to do so it counts from one date to another?

Hi, Instead of Formulas just just one row on top and mark Sunday as colored then you can easily identify which one is off day. Wish I can share a screen here the way I tweaked it.

Is it possible to add other project phases to columns C-F so that you get one color for phase 1 duration, another color for phase 2 duration, and a third color for phase 3 duration? For each activity, it would show a different color for each phase duration without any consideration for actual vs plan or completion pct and could make this more like a project timeline/roadmap.

What if you are at planning stage and do not have values in Actual Start and Actual Duration since they are not known yet, how do you make the Plan Start and Plan duration display on the chart? They only appear to display if there are values in Actual Start and Actual Duration. Thanks

Yes you can! Try not to copy contents using Ctrl+C but right click your sheet > Move or Copy > Create a Copy and check. thanks

Hi, excel need values for formulas and try to enter dummy dates in order to display chart which is based on conditional formatting. Thanks
