I know it’s been a long time. But I’ve found these on MVS. They make them to order now. Apparently they 3D print them. They’re def. fiberglass now. They’re also now $450!! PLUS shipping!! Question for ya: It appears they don’t cover the extreme outer edge of the lamps enough, so that the red bleeds through the top and reflects on the black trim surround on the decklid. Is that the case? I don’t wanna order these and be disappointed and have no recourse to return them. I appreciate your response if you happen to see this! Thanks!

I love your wheels!! I don’t normally like black rims, but yours are killer. I’ll probably order these now. MVS took over (bought all of HPP’s) remaining things and most likely the rights to continue making their parts for these Daytona and the Superbird parts. Mancini only has the Superbird overlays left. I don’t care for them as well. They’re $250 there, but if you don’t like em, price is of no bearing. I am super happy I ran across your video. Well done, and thanks again for the quick response! Where did you get them? I'm new to the Challenger scene. You say MVS has them, what site is that? Also, have you heard of third strike performance? I found them on there, but not sure how I feel about that as it takes a long time to get. But just curious on where you mentioned they were and if you think the other website is good too. Thank you.
@@kingko55 Good luck. Third Strike no doubt orders them from MVS, as they bought the rights to reproduce these. And yes, it will take a few weeks they told me. I never bought a set, as I did something a bit different with my lamps after all. Good luck 👊🏻
Bought these Daytona overlays and thinking of sending back was told they was a revised plastic part. I can’t get them to stick also not plastic they are fiberglass. Just curious you haven’t lost your driving down the road have you?
Be happy to let you know once it stops being winter. It snowed on me while making this video and the weather's only gotten worse. 550whp with an lsd on drag radials don't mix with snow. But honestly when i had to pull it of and re-align the center it was on there pretty good. I was afraid i wouldn't be able to peel it at all.

There is some bleed through but it's more of a back glow like on a fancy flat-screen TV than it is raw tail light shining through.

Sorry if this is dumb and late but I was wondering, what is that gun machine ur using? And what is it’s purpose?
It's a heat gun. Basically a much hotter hair dryer, useful for installing and removing decals and adhesives among other things.
