Hi, I have my first Spartan/Sprint this weekend. Is it one try only, or do you get to try a few times before burpees?? Also is it 15 or 30, I've read conflicting info for the Sprint. Thx!
hey there so if you are running in the open heats (not competitive) you can try as often as youd like just be courteous if there are people behind you...as far as burpees it's an honor system. If you were running in age group or elite the burpee count is 30 but if you are just going out there to experience it just do what you can handle if you want to do the full 30 cool if you find yourself gassing out and can't do all 30 that's fine too!

I signed up for a sprint for April 2023. I need to work on upper body to be able to do the monkey bar and the rings. How many lbs is the bucket and atlas for the women?
oh yea be sure to do some dead hangs to help and do different grip strength exercises! both of those obstacles are about 50 lbs for the women! which race are you doing?
@@ificanyoucan5431 I’m doing the sprint at 8am. I joined a CrossFit gym and also do boot camp HIIT. I’m doing burpee’s when I workout at home and started trail running. I feel so unprepared and nervous but I’m going to do it.

a year is PLENTY of time...stick to your program and you will do just fine!!
