Well more than likely these are all the same obstacles you will encounter so just be mentally prepared and biggest tip don't stress out! go out there have fun! if you're running with friend(s) then go help each other out and have a blast...if you are running solo don't hesitate to ask someone for help! you'll do just fine! which venue?
@@dchever1 I’m racing in the morning, you’re prob right cuz the course map they put out showed todays and tomorrow’s date and it went well past the 3 mile marker so it looked more like 3 and a half
some of the reaches are pretty far but you can always get help from other runners and there are also steps that you can use to give yourself a little boost on most of the obstacles

Would this be okay for someone under 5'? The arm reach looks pretty tall for some of the climbs.
