I have lived many, many thousands of years in my long life. I could choose to live many more, though that may give way, in enough time, to the theseus ship paradox, but that's another story.
The bottom line, however, is that I am still Mortal. I may prolong my life, or sibstitute my form for younger clones many, many times, but there is a predestined day upon which even I must die. I do not know when, and while I could foresee it, I do not want to, as that would remove the point of being Mortal. The point of being Mortal is that you do not know when you will die. You only know that you will. This drives you to fill every single day with as much enjoyment as possible. Such is the beauty of mortality.

This piece truly captures the essence of existence as a concious mortal being. I often contemplate my own mortality and it’s utterly depressing and defeating, but there’s still some beauty in existence, so it’s not entirely worthless. That’s the vibe I get from this.

There is nothing depressing about it, the energy never ceases to exist, before this we were liquid, dust, earth and mineral after we die we will return to those forms.
@@aleksa6548 You are scientifically correct, but that doesn’t ease my issues with mortality. I don’t particularly care about the atoms that make up my physical body. Those will be and are being replaced constantly anyway. My conciousness is what I am. If that isn’t preserved then I would consider myself to no longer exist.
@@vampiricagorist6979 That was more metaphor for the cycle we are in, those forms will create new life again and shatter again.
Our body, our mind is a materialistic form with limited time and expiry date, this body is temporary and its vehicle for our soul that is the essence of God himself, and it can't be destroyed, our body our mind our way of thinking is not who we truly are, those are products of our actions and past circumstances that is our ego nothing more.
This might sound too mystical, but if you look for a more meaningful way of thinking and life you have to embark on such a journey.
Fear of death is the root of fears in our lives and selfish deeds.
In death, it is shown who truly we are and what have we been whole life, death is Zenit and the most important moment of one's life.

I was watching old gun camera videos from world War two and the music was haunting.
I thought it was pieces from Chopin that I had never heard before.
For me this is the greatest compliment that I can give to the composer
