I know people are trying to make us feel better, but hearing the same thing over and over is exhausting. Deep down, it feels like things are getting worse each day. I'm hurting enough that I might harm myself soon. I have both positive and negative thoughts about this. Honestly, I hate comforting words because they don't change any of my problems. Maybe that's why I don't share my feelings with anyone, even though I know things are getting worse. It just feels easier not to talk about it. Sharing my feelings makes me uncomfortable, and it seems like no one really cares anyway. They don't truly understand what I'm going through, so what's the point in wasting my breath? In my opinion, if someone genuinely cared about my feelings without faking it, and if I cared about them too, that could completely change my life. But it feels like I will never find that one person who truly understands what I've been through, from my childhood until now.

This feels like someone watching those who love sharing moments with another person -seeing them smile, take care of each other, and talk together. I wonder why she chose him over me when I gave my best to keep her happy without ever thinking "I should keep her happy for her to never leave" having so much trust in her feeling locked in and imagined her being the loveliest mother to our kids and now I feel so empty, that feeling you get in your throat when you are about to cry sits with me. I feel lost again. I pray for courage and to never let go since everything happens for a reason. But it do hurt, a lot. I changed so much mentally, socially and physically. But I am aware of my morals. I just want to be appreciated. I just do not know how to reach there. To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 litre. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so you better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, and your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lie on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. I used to pray for death everyday, I still do but now I'm just patiently waiting. This year was rough, very rough for me. I lost loved ones, not physically but mentally. I realized how fucking toxic they are and how little I mean to them. This year has been rough especially because well... I always thought I'd be gone by the age of 17. I've let go of every attachment, every human. I got best friends yes, but not attachments. The only one I rely on now is god, and myself. Sorry for the rant but I really needed to get this out. I've been feeling so lonely for the past few weeks, it's driving me crazy. It feels like everyone is going along with life and I'm just stuck because.. Well.. I never thought I'd come this far. I thought I was... Loved by my sister. But lately I've realized, she never even liked me, I'm the one who always had her back and loved her. I wonder why she chose him over me when I gave my best to keep her happy without ever thinking "I should keep her happy for her to never leave" having so much trust in her feeling locked in and imagined her being the loveliest mother to our kids and now I feel so empty, that feeling you get in your throat when you are about to cry sits with me. I would still look back and remember how lovely I was to her and how respectful I was to her. Today marks 9months seeing her.
