"....and it is all totally free, no bull. No sample lessons, no memberships...." Justin, you are most definitely the man. I'm sure you could monetize all of your great stuff, but teaching for free is a testament to your love of music and teaching. I've learned several songs from your channel/site - I really appreciate your effort. Best to you and your family....I'm sure you have some seriously good Karma coming your way.
Thanks, Justin, for that really helpful reggae-strumming-tutorial. Most other vids take that for granted, but it is usually the hardest part for beginners! Keep up the good work!
A major (triad) chord contains 3 notes - the root, the major third, and the fifth. A minor (triad) chord contains 3 notes but this contains the root, the MINOR third and the fifth. The minor third is a semi-tone (i.e. 1 fret) lower than the major third. Hope this helps
Justin rulez and rockz. Absolutely a simply clever leader. If anyone out there is going to need some more help around the third sixteenth strumming I suggest to go checking ROSS BOLTON (Funk Rhythm Guitar) classic exercises.
I just tuned in to check out what key Eric done it in originally "I'm guessing this is the right one?" I just love the early footage of Justin, Wow looking a little unkept there Justin!!! Yes i'd like some sauce with my crispy triads too please, and I would never dream of shooting a G minor. I have been known to shoot the odd F Demolished though...
justin just watched that video link on the right hand side, awesome solo mate, very well done, good lesson. keep it up,oh, and by the way, i would give my left hand to have your guitar! although that would make the guitar a bit difficult to play
you gotta admit some comments are hilariousness entertainment & sure Justins English sense of humor helps . Bit all in all a brilliant teacher & I hope they appreciate it.
@ApEaZed the root is on the 5th string. c =3rd fret, d=5th fret, e=7th fret (f=8th fret). Going sharp (eg. c#) is going down the neck (from 3 to 4), flat (eg. eb) is going up toward the headstock of the neck. So eB is...? :)
do you take requests , because your brilliant as a teacher! well if so : how about Medium Troy - Run or *Come wander with me by Jeff Alexander!* PLEASE!!!!!
But he does monetize it - only in a more socialistic way. I.e., through donations and revenue from dvd and other merchandise sales. Still, one of the greatest internet guitar teachers there is.

Your a legend Justin. Gonna practice this all night. ^_^
Excellent guitar lesson Mate!... Just learned the rhythm section with 2 chords, as well as the main riff!
Justin rulez and rocks. Simply clever.
One of my favourite teachers...although he sometimes makes me laugh too much to play my four-E-and-As.
Do love to shoot me some G Minor though.
GREAT ONE, THANKS JUSTIN.

yes thanks alot:)
the guitar is perfectly tuned
DO NOT even think about shooting a G minor!

I want fried rice with my crispy triads.
great voice too. :D
The ending scared the living shit out of me
Falou de mais e tocou de menos.
I shot the Sheriff, I like that title. Hai Justin very nice again! (Havent seen it yet XD)
But I know it is :)
nice telecaster
Why is there a Tazmanian Devil at the end? Is Justin from Tazmania?
I think i saw Justin on Chatroulette ^^
3 pickups Tele ? Crazy.
Never seen a Fender Nashville Tele?
it's all because of the amp. In order to have a good tone you need a good amp and decent pickups. No good amp = no good tone no matter what
Kostas Papadopoulos shitty playing will mess up your tone as well.
do you take requests , because your brilliant as a teacher!
well if so : how about Medium Troy - Run or *Come wander with me by Jeff Alexander!* PLEASE!!!!!
I'm just here to shoot the g minor and eat popcorn
Help Justin out. Pick up his new album "Small Town Eyes". Let's show him how much his lessons are appreciated!
2021 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
Wow 12 years ago!
He has a lesson for it on easy songs 2

if u can.
ty ^.^
i dont know the minor chords.. can anyone explain them to me?
yah.... i know ^.^
can someone tell me where i have to put my fingers for an e flat ?
I think if we refined awesome into a liquid justin would rise out of it like t-1000 from terminator 2.
"....but i did no shoot no g minor...."
very nice
This channel = 'I teach de lessons...but I sadly love de Noam Chomsky'
USA Fender or Mexican? Nice telie BTW :D
Justin, what is that mystery chord at 4:30???
G minor
Did you film this with a potato
0.20 triad chords? Wot, like Japanese mafia gangsta chords?
wats the key ?
Crispy triads, is that deep fried Chinese gangsters?

wow Justin...i forgot how young you were at one time,,,,,,well i forgot how young i was also,,,so,,,,nevermind..
It's because youtube videos can only be a certain size. They can't be longer/bigger.
I could just eat some crispy triads.
more chords in this song than there is pixels lol
and they are very expensive ... well here at vzla ...
"g minor shot the sheriff" :)
I believe uncle Justin did not shot the G minor😆
it's not that hard, i learnt it on my own with just the tabs, just requires lots of pratice
" lol but i did not shot no G minor"
manco
C minor 7th is better.
really? but it's not the picking pattern, but ok w/e i got tab for it, and i have tons of practice to do ;)
i dontr know what your talking about
Cm7 sounds better
Too much talking.....just play thru the song first , then explain how to make it....just saying.......Thanks.....John

You've butchered a nice tele looks like. Otherwise, a great guitar lesson!
lol go back to ur drumming classes
probably it makes the learning process easier when its cut up in different lessions so people dont take on more then thay can handle
