Just go my phone- developer option -netwok bar. Under the network bar you find a option "select usb configuration" tab and sellect charge only. Then you find notification to change anything.

Thank you so much. That solved my problem with my LG Android phone. I did not have the "transfer files" option under USB connections, so I selected "send images PTP". Selecting the MTP USB Device driver enabled Windows 10 to recognize my device. I can now transfer my pictures! Thanks again!
