- Why are some sweets kosher and some not?
Iconic British sweets made by Rowntree's were recently approved kosher by the Kosher London Beth Din. Fruit Pastilles, Fruit gums, and Jelly Tots are all now kosher after their ingredients were reformulated to contain no animal products. Follow Rafi Jospeh of Aish UK as he investigates why sweets may be considered not kosher, the impact of gelatine and the rise in vegan products. He talks to experts at the KLBD and gives tips as to how to know what to look for in the supermarket.
