Thank you for another informative video. I am neither kosher nor Jewish, but enjoy learning about different religions and cultures. It helps me with my patients when they are stuck in the hospital during holidays or Shabbat. I understand how important the way people live shouldn’t have to change because they are in the hospital. By the way, you should do voice work like reading books on tape. You have the most beautiful speaking voice. It is very calming and kind. Thank you again. ❤️
Unfortunately, there are not many Jewish people in my country anymore, so chanels like this are the only chance for me to learrn something about the traditional Jewish lifestyle., especially from the point of view of a woman (being a woman myslef). It's like holding an extra job (and the one requiring good organization and precision). Yet, the author of the chanel seems so positive and full of optimism and energy! A truly wonderful person! You know what? your videos inspired me to be somehow better organized at home. If you can, I should at least try :)
I like how you still grant your children and family privacy, so many family channels don't think about what their children may want, very sweet and wholesome videos to watch
I am not Jewish, but I still find the tips here very helpful. More than that - I didn't grow up in a healthy home, so hearing you tell me that I'm wonderful and enough just as I am is a blessing beyond words. I'll often watch an entire video for the sole purpose of hearing that at the end. Thank you for your devotion and the love that comes as fruit as a result.
My best friend was Jewish, so I watch you to understand her, even though she is gone from this world. She's in my heart ❣️ and you really remind me of our time together. Thank you
I love your videos. I find that your way of life appeals to me. I am a conservative Jew married to an Irish Catholic. It sometimes is difficult to mesh the 2 religions but we have made it work . This year we will celebrate our 53rd anniversary
I love Kosher stores! My father was Jewish & I loved his stories and amazing sense of humor~ he is sooo missed. Thank you for taking me back~ beautiful experience 🕍
I'm not Jewish but I went to a Glatt Kosher grocer looking for items that I needed for recipes I found online The store was amazing. I loved all the baking products. I could go broke at the Deli. Everything looked wonderful and all that I bought tasted amazing. The people were very helpful and went out of their way to help me find items or explain alternative ways to use a product. The store is about 45 mins. away but I'll be shopping there every three months or so.
I am a Italian catholic and I love kosher cooking and❤ stores. I love your innocent channel it is simply beautiful as you are. I grew up going to a kosher market near the shore and everthing just tasted better. I enjoy watching you prepare for shabbat dinner. It brings back many fond memories of our Sunday dinners as a child nice. You have the voice of a Angel 😇 it is very healing. Thank you , for sharing 🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙🕊🕊🕊
I love kosher stores. I know that you don't know me personally but your message to us about being loved really is beautiful and lovely to hear. Your daughters are so lucky. I'm so glad I found your channel xx
Thank you so much. I’m not Jewish but always check for bugs in fruits and vegetables. Never would I have thought for bugs to be in flour or boxed cake mixes. I will begin to sift. You, as well are blessed and loved!❤
I’m not a mom or a home owner, I’m just a young adult enjoying you content, and I hope there’s more where this is came from because I truly find your videos relaxing and fun :3
It's so interesting to learn more about your faith. I'm really impressed by your devotion and the way that you are dedicated to the tenets of you faith
Your videos bring me so much joy. Although I am going through a reform conversion, I am drawn to many orthodox practices. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I'm learning so much!
You are educating an Anglican here. I like that you have so many rules to follow. It keeps God in your mind all day. I would love to see your girls' gelatin recipes. I'm a gelatin fan!
As someone of a different faith, I've been finding your channel very interesting lately and am therefore binge-watching all your videos in my free time. I have a newish friend who is Orthodox and I've been watching your channel to get all of my burning questions out of the way, as to not offend her accidentally. I would hate to ask something I thought benign off-hand and offend an important part of someone's life. My faith is important to me and I try to treat everyone else with that same respect. I just wanted to thank you for being so open with your lovely family and faith so I'm able to blossom a new friendship and learn something, my two favorite things. Have a blessed day.
You know I told you before I’m not Jewish. I don’t go to the store often but when I went last week I found myself only buying Jewish approved kosher food I told myself I felt safer with it because no bugs in salads or frozen broccoli that is Kosher approved 🥰
I really am appreciating these videos! I grew up southern Baptist in a small town (around 500 people) in South Carolina, USA. When I grew up there, it didn't even have a stop light but now, it has a whole two and two cops! My dad complains about how big the town has gotten and how much he doesn't like it. Lol! Anyway, my point is, I didn't grow up with a lot of exposure to different cultures so I find these videos fascinating. Thank you SO MUCH for putting these kinds of videos up on RUclips. I'm also disabled so it's not like I can physically travel the world and learn about new cultures so this is the next best thing. I also find your voice so soothing and kind. Your spirit shines through and it's like I am listening to a dear friend. I just discovered this channel about an hour ago. I've already subscribed and am currently going through all the videos posted. Also, I am now thinking that I need to start checking my food for bugs... I had no idea that they could be found in boxed cake mix!!! That blew my mind!
I’m not kosher or Jewish but I have a big phobia of bugs that prevents me from eating certain things in fear of accidentally finding bugs in my food, so this store looks like heaven! Im pretty sure there aren’t any stores like this near where I live though 😕. I’ve always been very interested in different religions and cultures and this video was very interesting, I think I’m gonna have to check out the rest of your channel now 😅
Hey, me too! I had the same thought from this video. I have very big phobias of bugs and gross things in my food, and I think shopping kosher would help me so much!
I’m not Jewish nor religious in any way but I find these types of videos from different cultures/religions so fascinating and educational. Thank you for sharing!
Having grown up with many Jewish friends, I thought I had an understanding of the religion. But, you have opened my eyes as to the sheer dedication and faithfulness that is required to practice your faith. Amazing. May He who keeps Israel, keep His hand upon you and your family.
I love kosher stores! I have been following you for the past few weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed your videos. I was raised Lutheran but have always been fascinated with the Jewish religion and culture. keep the videos coming of your sweet family. 😊
I love Kosher stores! Those challah molds are everything! 😍 Such a sweet video with your daughters.Yes please, I would absolutely love to see how you make matzo ball soup! You are always so kind, the world would not be the same without you! 😘
Thank you so much Karen! I Will work on the video with the recipes, hopefully i can convince my very camera shy daughters to help me for the recipes! xoxoxo have a blessed week Karen:)
I love kosher stores. I’m not Jewish, nor do I follow kosher food laws but I love learning about religion. I’ve come to love your channel. Thank you for posting.
I'm glad to have stumbled upon this, as the area we have moved to has a very high Orthodox Jewish population, and it's lovely to gain more understanding of what life looks like for other members of my local community! Thank you for sharing :)
Not Jewish, but this has become my favorite channel. It’s so relaxing for this Catholic. I however have made Challah bread since I could remember. Living in Boston buying Kosher is easy, it’s available in every store. Best French toast ever comes from day old Challah bread.
I visited this store out of interest when I was in Montreal recently. It was definitely worth a visit. Was able to pick up interesting vegan/vegetarian products.
I am not Jewish, however I do enjoy your videos and learn so much in regards to your culture. So interesting. You have a very calming, kind voice. Watching from Rural, North Ontario, Canada.
Hi! I'm a Jewish Orthodox girl from Israel, so I was watching the video from the perspective of someone who isn't familiar with Jewish food stores, considering how food stores here are generally kosher and you have to actively look for non-kosher stores. So many of these things were just things that I'm used to, like prechecked salad mixes and presifted flour, and it was wild to realize that yeah, this is stuff that would not be normal elsewhere. Thank you so much!
This was very interesting! As a vegetarian, I know the feeling of checking very ingredient so I bet it's a relief to shop at a store like this. I wouldn't have thought to check a Kosher store for non-dairy ice cream or vegan gelatin, those look like nice options
We are a homeschool family and i love to learn new things about other religions and cultures to share with my kids and grands, especially about ones we will don't have many chances to encounter. Thank you for your simple but informative explanations.
I am Indian (Hindu), I always felt close to Judaism (both are the only major non-proselytizing ancient religions). I am binge watching your videos since yesterday and learning a lot 😅. I am curious about one thing - aren’t you worried about chemicals from the plastic bags seeping into the cholent? Especially when cooked for long periods of time?
Hi from the UK 🇬🇧! I’ve just discovered your channel and love it! Being non Jewish myself I love learning about your faith, customs and life in general. I have no idea where you find the time but so glad you do. Thank you so much for sharing your life and educating those of us here who aren’t Jewish. Have a great week ❤️
I love kosher stores ! This was fascinating! For some reason I couldn’t imagine what ‘convenience’ looked like when it came to an Orthodox Jewish lifestyle and it was so interesting to see it! The fake shrimp? Genius. The lamp at the end, the pre cut toilet paper, the challah molds which I absolutely want, and the pre checked salad mix? Oh and prepared meals to pick up during a busy week? That’s the kinda stuff I always wondered. Full time jobs, spouses, children, illness-how could you possibly always be able to prepare for Shabbat? And now, i see. You have help sometimes just like I do! You and I may not be the same religion or live a similar lifestyle but we still have more in common than I think! This was such a fun video, thank you for sharing !
Hi Sara! You can use my spicy mayo recipe - mayonnaise (or greek yoghurt if you want a healthy version), ketchup, sriracha (or any chilli sauce of your choice), soy sauce to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, chopped onion, paprika and chilli flakes. If you like vinegary kicks, add chopped gherkins or some relish. AMAZING on anything.
Mostly eyeballing for sure! But for ease, start with around 1 cup of your base (mayo/yoghurt) add a tablespoon each of your condiments and a teaspoon each of your spices, then adjust to your taste. I love spicy stuff so i tend to go higher on sriracha and the paprika! Add a lil mustard and it kinda tastes like a big mac sauce!
Dear Mary, here are a few of links for you to try. I'm Sara's moderator for this page and thought I'd go looking and came across the following: 🥰 1) (Certified Kosher) Deli 613, www.deli613.ie/ 2) The Best Jewish Food in Dublin, www.myjewishlearning.com/the-nosher/the-best-jewish-food-in-dublin/ 3) Chabad of Dublin, www.chabad.org/jewish-centers/118401/Dublin/Synagogue/Chabad-Lubavitch-of-Ireland There's more, but this is a good start. Blessings, Shoshi
Previously I watched how you store produce….it has saved me hundreds of dollars as I no longer have any waste! Just wrapping each pepper in Saran Wrap keeps them fresh for two weeks! And the cucumbers wrapped in a paper towel is genius! Thank you for those money savings tips☺️
That was amazing. I am not Jewish but I love being able to learn about and experience your Kosher grocery store! Thank you for taking us along w/ you + your daughters. The food you buy and make all sounds/looks so vibrant and healthful (reminder to self-use peppers + eggplant more). Thank you for being so generous in sharing with us.
All the talk about insects and worms surprised me. Can't say I've ever had a problem with that. Everything looks fresh and good at that store, especially the produce and meat! I would be happy to shop there.
It is not a frequent occurrence but it occurs. Over time, grains, legumes, & flour tend to get bugs. These days, preservatives are added to extend the shelf life of flour for example.
Here in Europe, 🌍 in Brussels, the laws have been changed. So that insects are now food. Mixing Insects everywhere is now allowed. I am very angry about that. I hate that. We also constantly find insects and worms in green salads. Almost always.
@@gabrieleballay7137 mixing insects?? you make them sound like an additive. Are you buying "organic"? no pesticides = more pests. You can't have your cake and eat it, too.
I’m neither Jewish nor kosher but I am vegan. I am so happy to have stumbled across your account. You have such a peaceful, uplifting demeanor. Thank you for educating me today.
Your voice is so warm and comforting 🤗 I never understood what is kosher only in meat, and even though I’m not a Jew, I had this understanding that kosher meat is really clean without any blood which is nicer for the taste as well. For vegetables now I know these are secure from bugs, which is very good again for any person to eat. Great video 😊
Know Sarah that you and your family are loved and that you are all enough just the way your are. I, among many, pray for all my Jewish brothers and sisters in our Churches here in Ireland. God bless you all over the world, especially in Israel.
I love Kosher stores! I also love that Shabbat Lamp. What a fantastic idea. You're really inspiring me to improve my observance levels, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Shabbat Shalom x
You make your channel feel so warm and inviting. I love that I can observe and learn so many new things!! I’ve never been in a Kosher grocery store, so thank you for the tour 😊
Aww, how wonderful it is to have you give us step by step and all about your trip to the Orthodox Kosher Grocery Store! I may by the Challah molds, I do enjoy braiding the dough, but, it sure would be fun trying the molds!! :)
I love kosher stores! And they are so rare here in Switzerland. 😔 My husband and I lived in Israel for 3 years and we lived to shop at the kosher stores. Definitely something I miss. Thank you for another inspiring video. I hope you are having a wonderful week. Lots of love, Miriam
I love your videos because it is showing your culture and your belief system love it so much can't wait to see the next one God bless and keep you safe
I am a reformed, non-Kosher Jew that lives in a very large orthodox Jewish community, so I do most of my shopping at kosher grocery stores. I really enjoy it because I find the quality of Kosher food to be excellent because of all the strict measures taken during food production. Everything is always very fresh and clean. I actually have a little stockpile of those 3-day and 7-day candles because they are super useful during power outages! Even though I shop at a Kosher store I don't have many orthodox friends, just a few, so thanks for this video so I can help understand their culture better. I am going to be attending an orthodox Jewish college for graduate school, and I love watching your videos so I can know my fellow peers better in the future. Thanks for the awesome education your provide!
I love kosher stores. I work at a food coop and am converting soon. Love the store. I only work in milk and cheese. I convinced my boss to carry more kosher cheese. Great job.
I love kosher stores and I would love to visit this one! I especially liked the Sabbath lamp. In the All of a Kind Family books by Sidney Taylor (it's a series of children's chapter books that take place in the Lower East Side of New York, starting in 1912), the family of course leaves the Shabbat candles burning on Friday night, and so after each Shabbat dinner, they all gathered around the table and read their books by the flickering light (and the candles were short enough so that they burned down and extinguished themselves, and then the family went to bed). It's interesting to learn about the electric lamp that is turned on before Shabbat and has the window to show the light, or not, as needed.
That was my favorite book series growing up(I'm not Jewish). I take it out of our library every couple of years and re-read them. Always want to hide pennies to dust or dye a dress with tea LOL
I loved those books. It led me to a lifelong love of all things Jewish. I chose not to convert, as I do follow the seven laws of Noah, but I have an immense love and respect for observant Jewish ways, and in Chicago, have spent my fair share of time in kosher markets. Big shout-out to Romanian Kosher Sausage here, among others in my old neighborhood.
Hi Sara ~ I just realized something interesting!!! My entire life in Croatia (only until recently) we grew up with precut toilet paper… it was the standard! Same applies for kitchen towels. Heheh kinda neat !!
I love Kosher stores! I can’t wait to get to shop in one- we live near an area that has a few, so I am excited now I will know what some of the items are used for. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos 😊
I absolutely do love kosher stores! As I may have mentioned, although I am not Jewish, I adore learning about different cultures and also learning to cook different types if foods. I am Italian, my husband is Greek Orthodox and my sister in law is a reformed Jew. I have learned some cooking from all three that we all enjoy so much. The Kosher stores by my usually have the freshest produce and frozen puff pastry and different types of dough. They have hard to find spices there as well. Can you please share your matzoh ball soup recipe? Thanks for your lovely video today!❤️
Happy Shabbos to you and your family Sara! What an enjoyable and informative video. I would love to visit that Kosher store! Living in a very rural area, we don't have access to a great variety of specialty foods, and I was especially enlightened, and a bit creeped out, to see those bugs in the cake mix and other veggies! Yuck! Yesterday in my shopping haul I picked up a bottle of vegetable wash. 😉 Please try to convince your precious girls to show us their gelatin desserts, and I would love to have your matzo ball soup recipe as well. Thank you again for a wonderful video!
Hi sweet Christine! How was your weekend so far? I am so happy you were able to find some veggie wash 🧼! I will definitely share my matza ball recipe and I will try to convince my camera shy girls to share their jelly desserts! Xoxoxo and have a blessed week❤️❤️❤️
Love learning about your holidays, traditions and amazing recipes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the videos you create and content you deliver. I would love to see your daughter's jello recipes!
I love your videos. They are so interesting to watch and your voice is so soothing and calming. It's like meditation in a video. Thanks friend. 🤗 (I love kosher stores) ❤
Having a Kosher only grocery store with Mezuzah would be so lovely in my little town! The owner of my favorite store is Jewish, so most things are Koser but not all things like this one is! Thanks for the tour! I also have the exact same Challa loaf molds, they're fun! Shabbat Shalom :)
I keep forgetting to post this, but I wanted to comment about spicy mayo! A lot of spicy mayo recipes specifically use Kewpie Mayo (may also be called “Japanese Mayo”)! It uses egg yolk only, instead of both yolks & whites, giving it a richer flavor. The spice in it is usually Sriracha! You can find both of these in pretty much any asian grocery store :) I did some googling as well, and turns out Kewpie mayo is certified kosher! And Sriracha doesn’t contain any milk, meat, or egg products, as far as I know. Best of luck with your spicy mayo! 💛
I love Kosher store!!!!!! This is awesome!!!!!!!!! Super cool, I really like the floating wick thing I hope I can find it in Australia. Smart how you lots have colour coded, as when I was doing Nazarite vow it was me constantly checking for diary and meat of the same kind on whether they were moxed or not.
This is the Second of your youtubes that I have seen. Just beyond perfect! I can not imagine a better insight into the daily life and faith of a Sephardic Orthodox home and family. Thank you for opening this as well as the sweet spirit you narrate them with !
First, your voice is so calming! Second I am loving all of your videos learning your culture and religion! The kosher way of eating is so amazing and interesting! Thank you so much for sharing with us!! ❤️
First time watching a video from this channel and I am impressed with the presentation and knowledge that I have picked up! I am non Jewish and live near a similar community in Stamford hill, UK. I know a few things about the culture but this video educated me more. Thanks.
I love kosher stores! Thank you for sharing these videos. I'm new to your channel and have been enjoying learning about your rituals and day to day life.
I love your videos. So full of excellent information, and your voice is a joy to listen to. Thank you for providing your time and skills to those of us who wish to know more.
I really enjoyed visiting this kosher store with you! I have never seen flour with yeast already in it. Thank you for sharing your amazing life and family.
I do love Kosher stores even though I am only half-Jewish from my mother. The quality of food is always superior and reasonable. You are a shining star for G-d in this world.
Hi Celt Jade! For us if your mother is Jewish you are 100%jewish ❤️❤️❤️ Welcome home: we were waiting for you ! If you have more questions please contact me at hellofrumitup@yahoo.com
We finally got a glimpse of your beautiful face ☺️ Thank you 🙏🏻 for allowing us to your life and home 🏡 we appreciate you ...... I am watching till the end
I love your Kosher stores. I love the purity and care taken with Kosher foods. I never thought of routinely checking my mixes, flour and grain products for bugs (although over the years there have been a few that were obvious), but I have a heightened awareness now. Thank you! And thank you for the peace and calm of your posts.
I just happened upon your video in my feed and I loved it. I giggled a bit when you said when you showed the beet horseradish that you didn't eat gefelte fish. Gefelte fish with beet horseradish and some Tam Tam crackers were a favorite of my Mom and myself. I'm Irish-American, but my Mom's mother's mother was adopted by German Jewish farmers here in Ohio. Her name was Minnie Weitz before she married my great-grandfather who came over here from Ireland. Besides being a great seamstress, as she made hand sequined costumes for vaudeville performers, she also raised, butchered, and sold chickens to the Jewish people in her neighborhood that couldn't afford to buy them from the Kosher butcher. She learned how to butcher them properly growing up.
I stumbled upon your channel by mistake and I am hooked on your videos! I love how calm and positive you are about everything. I tend to get ready for Shabbos in such a rushed and stressed way and am definitely taking some advice from you! Hi from South Africa - we are so lucky to have a large choice of kosher stores and restaurants in our city - hopefully one day you can visit!
Hi! I absolutely hear you! i used to prepare shabbat in a panicked state but now with a calmer shabbat prep i can enjoy it better and we have a more peaceful and happy mommy too! i would love to come to South Africa, it is one of my dream for sure! I lived in in West Africa and loved it! G.od willing our paths will cross there soon or in Eretz Israel :)
Even though I am not Jewish, I fell in love with your kosher store! And pre-cut toilet paper!! Who would've thought?! Love and blessings to your little helpers Sara 💐❣️
Sara I love kosher grocery stores! Those molds would be great for gluten free challah (I have found the gluten free flours I have used do not lend themselves to braiding) Sara thank you for your time your effort and your love that is so evident in these informative videos You are loved You are respected Blessings 💕
Its friday, Shabat Shalom, thankyou for making a great video again. I love youre kind voice. You are a amazing woman. G'D Bless you and youre family. We love you dear. Xxx love from Anna from Amsterdam
For spicy mayo, I feel like I’ve cracked the code! Use Duke’s mayonnaise (I checked, it’s kosher!) and Sriracha in a 2:1 ratio, with about a tablespoon of sugar to every 1/4 cup you make (you can sweeten to taste, though.) I make a squeeze bottle of this so I can add it to avocado wraps, tuna, or even eggs.
Todah, Achot! Aaaaaaamazing!! Clap for these great helpers! 100% on board with you to frum it up! Got the Bug light to check the food on the list 😉. The most impressive part of your kitchen to me is that you keep the counters separate, which, from what I have seen, very few people do! Looooooove it!
Thank you again. We don't have a Kosher store such as this one any where in SW Florida. Yes, it's Dawn again. So, I found a WONDERFUL place online, where I can order most everything you showed us today!

Your voice and narration are so beautiful. There is a smile in your voice.
Aww thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m not Jewish nor religious in any way but I find these types of videos from different cultures/religions so fascinating and educational.
Awwww thank you so much for taking the time to write to me such beautiful words❤️❤️
Me too. I want to make tbat soup.
I love when you share recipes!
I LOVE KOSHER STORES. Thanks for this video!
Thank you so much!
it is true that compared to Israel we have very little Kosher stuff but for us in north america such stores are like mini "heaven" :)
What enlightenment I’m encouraged today. Thank you for sharing Shabbat Shalom 🕊
Thank YOU and Shabbat shalom!
This was very interesting! As a vegetarian, I know the feeling of checking very ingredient so I bet it's a relief to shop at a store like this. I wouldn't have thought to check a Kosher store for non-dairy ice cream or vegan gelatin, those look like nice options
Aww thank you for your understanding: it tells a lot about you ❤️❤️❤️
@@frumitup Aww thank you ❤❤
I grew up with a dairy allergy, and kosher certifications and kosher restaurants made life so much easier!
Also, if you are sensitive to gluten you can now find more products that gluten-free and kosher.
My sister's daughter was allergic to dairy as an infant. Pareve was the only thing we could be sure was truly dairy free
We are a homeschool family and i love to learn new things about other religions and cultures to share with my kids and grands, especially about ones we will don't have many chances to encounter. Thank you for your simple but informative explanations.
I am happy it could help you❤️
You and your family are so modest! I love and appreciate your life affirming messages at the end of your videos.
Thank you so much!
I loved learning about the traditions shared here. May we all find peace as friends and neighbors.
Absolutely! And thank you for promoting peace and understanding ❤️❤️
Hi Dhyana🌹 thank you for being here
For the plastic, it is made for long cooking 🧚🏼♀️
Hi from the UK 🇬🇧! I’ve just discovered your channel and love it! Being non Jewish myself I love learning about your faith, customs and life in general. I have no idea where you find the time but so glad you do.
Thank you so much for sharing your life and educating those of us here who aren’t Jewish. Have a great week ❤️
Aww thank you so much Clara❤️❤️ I am so happy you like the videos🍭🍭🍭
Awww I am so happy we are even more similar than we thought!
Xoxoxo
AMAZING on anything.
wooowwww that sounds absolutely AMAZING!! do you eyeball it or do you have measures for your recipe?
Mostly eyeballing for sure! But for ease, start with around 1 cup of your base (mayo/yoghurt) add a tablespoon each of your condiments and a teaspoon each of your spices, then adjust to your taste. I love spicy stuff so i tend to go higher on sriracha and the paprika! Add a lil mustard and it kinda tastes like a big mac sauce!
This was so very interesting! I love Kosher stores and hope to go to one someday. Your voice is a smile that one can hear. So comforting. Thank you.
Dear Sarah, I love the visit to your kosher store. I don't know where a kosher store would be here in Dublin for our Jewish Community. I
Dear Mary, here are a few of links for you to try. I'm Sara's moderator for this page and thought I'd go looking and came across the following: 🥰
1) (Certified Kosher) Deli 613, www.deli613.ie/

There's more, but this is a good start. Blessings, Shoshi
Previously I watched how you store produce….it has saved me hundreds of dollars as I no longer have any waste! Just wrapping each pepper in Saran Wrap keeps them fresh for two weeks! And the cucumbers wrapped in a paper towel is genius! Thank you for those money savings tips☺️
awww thank you so so so much Wendy for your feedback:)
What video is that I need help with it. I live alone and it is hard to keep food fresh long enough for me to eat through it all.
And my week old celery wrapped in aluminum foil is still crunchy as new! 😘👍 Thanks, Sara!

Awww thank YOU for being here sweet friend 🌸❤️🌸🥰🌸
All the talk about insects and worms surprised me. Can't say I've ever had a problem with that.
Everything looks fresh and good at that store, especially the produce and meat! I would be happy to shop there.
It is not a frequent occurrence but it occurs. Over time, grains, legumes, & flour tend to get bugs. These days, preservatives are added to extend the shelf life of flour for example.
It might just be because you never check thoroughly :) they are easy to miss
Here in Europe, 🌍 in Brussels, the laws have been changed. So that insects are now food. Mixing Insects everywhere is now allowed. I am very angry about that. I hate that. We also constantly find insects and worms in green salads. Almost always.
@@gabrieleballay7137 mixing insects?? you make them sound like an additive.
Are you buying "organic"? no pesticides = more pests. You can't have your cake and eat it, too.
@@bubblegumplastic that's not the case
Thank you for so much information on our food. So much appreciated finding those insects.
I love kosher stores. I wish there were more where I live. The closest is one hour away, without a car, that's always a special mission.
I’m neither Jewish nor kosher but I am vegan. I am so happy to have stumbled across your account. You have such a peaceful, uplifting demeanor. Thank you for educating me today.
aww thank YOU for being here!
xoxoxox
Your voice is so warm and comforting 🤗 I never understood what is kosher only in meat, and even though I’m not a Jew, I had this understanding that kosher meat is really clean without any blood which is nicer for the taste as well. For vegetables now I know these are secure from bugs, which is very good again for any person to eat. Great video 😊
Not just blood but ritual slaughtering
Shabbat Shalom haven't seen you in ages! Missed you my sister.
Aww thank you Sandra! Shabbat shalom to you too 🥰
Know Sarah that you and your family are loved and that you are all enough just the way your are. I, among many, pray for all my Jewish brothers and sisters in our Churches here in Ireland. God bless you all over the world, especially in Israel.
I LOVE KOSHER STORES too!! With love from England, Pam xx
Good morning Sara Malka. I'm having my coffee then I'll be ready to go!! See you soon
i will prepare a coffee too!
see you soon!
I am so happy you feel welcome because you really are! I want to bring you shopping with me like we would be together walking through the aisles!
Thank you, Sarah! May you be blessed beyond anything you can imagine for your videos and attitude! I love all of them.
I love Kosher stores. Thank you for all of your informative videos. You have such a calming demeaner, and are a joy to watch and learn from.
aww thank you Carol :)
Lots of love, Miriam
thank you for being here sweet Miriam xoxoxo
How interesting. I never have been in a kosher grocery store (I’m in the UK) great channel with lots to learn.
I am so happy you liked it!
I know for a fact that there are quite a bit of kosher groceries in the UK as there is a strong Orthodox community there:)
I love your videos because it is showing your culture and your belief system love it so much can't wait to see the next one God bless and keep you safe
Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️
I am a reformed, non-Kosher Jew that lives in a very large orthodox Jewish community, so I do most of my shopping at kosher grocery stores.
It's interesting to learn about the electric lamp that is turned on before Shabbat and has the window to show the light, or not, as needed.
thank you so much sweet Gail :) i love these kind of stories!
as per the shabbat lamp: it makes our shabbat more pleasant:)
Love this video. The nearest kosher store for me is an hr away. After watching this I , I think I really need to take a trip to the store!! 🌻
I have the Series even at my age ( 65) it takes me back when reading was - and still is - my comfort zone
Hi Sara ~
I just realized something interesting!!! My entire life in Croatia (only until recently) we grew up with precut toilet paper… it was the standard! Same applies for kitchen towels. Heheh kinda neat !!
Super cool!
I love Kosher stores! I can’t wait to get to shop in one- we live near an area that has a few, so I am excited now I will know what some of the items are used for. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos 😊
What a fascinating tour of a Kosher grocery store. I found the precut toilet paper interesting. Thanks for taking us along .
Hi Madeline! You have such an amazing and diverse background: it’s amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Having a Kosher only grocery store with Mezuzah would be so lovely in my little town! The owner of my favorite store is Jewish, so most things are Koser but not all things like this one is! Thanks for the tour! I also have the exact same Challa loaf molds, they're fun! Shabbat Shalom :)
Thank you Jenn for being here!
Aww thank you Chai for all your efforts! I’ll try your recipe 🌹🌹🌹
Share everything, so wonderful to learn with such a wonderful storyteller!❤️🙌🏻👏🏻
Glad you enjoyed it sweet Judith!
You have such a soothing voice! So calming to hear.

Thank you for this interesting look and your explanations as well. I love kosher stores!
OMG 😳! That sounds perfect! Thank you I will try!
Mayo and sriracha are a dream team.
Thank you for you’re videos, I’m currently converting through Reform Judaism at the age of 14 and when I’m older I hope to continue to orthodoxy!
