This is a powerful message. These are Black women when we are not running behind outside cultures looking to be validated and adopting their systems!
Eat fruits and vegetables mostly, preferably organic and or homegrown. Cleanse your bowels frequently. Lay off sugar, dairy and meat most of the time or all of the time. On the external, jojoba oil, exercise and sweating a lot, and wash your skin with apple cider vinegar. A little bit of sun and ocean water is great too if you have access to it. Breathe deeply my friends.

I have not been in the sun. But because I don’t ware makeup my skin is preserved a bit! Lack of sun also deteriorates our bones! There is too much to learn and we cannot learn them in 1 lifetime without the help of the other generations that care got us! Family is our wisdom if we would stop hurting each other.

I get the message and def agree with quite a few points - such as, that food plays a part in how our skin appears & also that we must be mindful of what we put in, and use on, our bodies …. however, I def do not agree with the whole notion that outer appearance is always a reflection of spiritual state of being/goodness. That, is a no - for so many reasons. People can, physically, appear a certain way, for karmic reasons, socio-economic reasons, and just whatever phases of life they’re currently cycling through. ‘Beauty’ & ‘Aesthetic’ is not a marker of goodness… no my dear. We should never judge the goodness of a person by the manifestation of their physical … it is not that simple.
A scriptural reference that comes to mind, though the context was for the religious hierarchies of Yeshua’s time (& I think it is relevant to the spiritual hierarchy surrounding ‘manifestation & goodness’ in these times) ..
Matt 23:27 - Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
People - skin, body, overall appearance - can be pretty like money and, still, not have a good heart … & on the flip people can have rugged bodies because of life circumstances and have such good spirits.
Discernment is key in these times. Knowing how to perceive the aura/energy of a being … not so much the physical.

It's in the name itself. Herbs that cleanses the blood, herbal tea that gives off a rather bitter taste
Different types of herbs like lemon grass, mints, etc. When mixed up they taste bitter.
Cerassee is a great bitters to drink. It's a natural blood cleanser. It only grows in the wild and it grows as a vine with a small orange fruit with red seeds

This current generation with all their „wisdom“ is proven to be the most unhappy one ever. So guess from whom I want to learn. In Europe we have the „French Paradoxon „ which is French ppl do the opposite of what’s considered „healthy „, they smoke, they drink , they eat lots of meat and fat eat late at night - yet their life expectancy is above average and have a lovely life quality „Savoir-vivre „..) .
