I have a homelite cordless 24v what should I look for if I changed the batteries and it still won't work?

what is the voltage of the dc motor and the horse power ?
If you can't figure out the voltage of the motor in a mower that runs from 24V battery, even after he showed you the answer at 9:35 you are hopeless and helpless.
