Thank you for sharing about the leggings performance/the band area and not slipping. Also love that you talked about the inclusive size range. ❤ loved your video. Can’t wait to grow or minimize my wardrobe with merino wool
Merino wool dresses (plus leggings and cardigan) are my favorite travel clothing! They are the most comfortable clothing I've found for hot humid weather. My minimalist travel wardrobe is mostly Merino wool, but I still have some cotton items, as well. Thanks for sharing your travel picks! 🌺✈️ Heidi
I've been on the fence about the cost vs wearability for a while now. I'm glad to find your video. I travel out of carry-on only and need clothing that doesn't wrinkle easily and can be worn many times before washing. You answered all my questions. Thank you❤️
Thank you for the great videos. I just recently discovered merino wool clothes and have bought a few shirts from unbound but finding the larger sizes from wool& makes me happy!! Again thank you for sharing
Wow, you're so pretty! Your eyes are very dynamic. I don't know if it was just you or a combo of the lighting, but I got a little mood boost as soon as I clicked! Definitely subbing!
I haven't gotten any Moreno Wool yet from Wool&. However I bought a Cspsule Wardrobe from Unbound Merino. The Cspsule Wardrobe came with 1 pr of leggings 1 long dress, 1 long. Sleeve tee shirt, 2 tank top and 2 short sleeve tees for $400.00 total. It was well worth the money. I also bought 2 long sleeve tees from Wooley Clothing and found that their clothes run small. I will definitely try Merino Wool clothes from Wool& as I like their style also
Loved this review of wool& clothes! I did the 100 day challenge last winter in a black Sierra, and it's still one of my favorite clothing items - summer or winter. I love the thicker fabric of Sierra, and used my reward certificate toward another - this one in washed navy. I've also added the Axis crop leggings - soo great for summer. I have a crop top and one of their new scarves. I will wear the scarf a ton this winter as it is so soft and cozy. It will be awesome for travel too, as I can cover up with it on the plane. I'm always cold, and am so happy with my wool& pieces too!
Thank you for this Video. I have been looking at the Wool& website for a long time. I have wanted to buy, but have not seen anything else about them than other from their website. I am so intrigued. Thank you for posting! I want a dress, but also the shorts with pockets look amazing! I love the size range too!
So glad you decided to do this video! I'm a new subscriber but I cringe when travel channels don't know about one bag travel or packing light with synthetics and merino wool. I have traveled with one bag for months on end for over a decade now and it would be impossible without synthetic and merino wool clothing. Wool well, specifically Merino wool, is phenomenal in that not only does it wash easily and dry overnight like the synthetic pants I often wear, but it does have antimicrobial and antibacterial properties meaning that if your deodorant doesn't last or you're like me and you prefer to use natural, non-aluminum based deodorants then a wool undershirt or a t-shirt will actually absorb the odors even if you don't get a chance to wash it out nightly. REI carries a few brands or you can go online for information on Merino wool. It's even cooler than a cotton t-shirt in hot weather. Just as hikers say cotton kills in the winter time when it gets wet, seasoned travelers think of it the same way in the summertime.. you will not feel sweaty and sticky and drenched if you have, say, perhaps a t-shirt of Merino wool instead of cotton. If you've never considered Merino wool clothing you might be suffering a little sticker shock, so simply start with a Merino wool t-shirt, it'll last for years so you'll have plenty of time to decide if it's good for your lifestyle. Trust me! Ask a hiker I used wool socks on the PCT and if socks can last 5 months on the trail that's darn wonderful (play on words of the brand that often wear). Happy travels!
Yes! All of the above! REI barely has my size in anything because apparently they don’t like plus sized people, but I am for all things merino wool. This dress was so fabulous in 100° heat, and I didn’t even wash it the whole trip. Changed my life for sure. 🥰🥰
@@ItsTheKellys definitely have a point about REI. Except for their own branded items which often does have larger sizes it is due to the companies that REI features in it stores which do not make larger sizes. I'm now on the border with XL after a year with serious injury and even wheelchair-bound most of last year so my weight went up horribly. Because it's very economical yet the materials are top notch, I liked Columbia yet it kills me that their small pants are straight up up and down, no butt, no hips etc, and yet the larger sizes just get larger yet remain straight up and down!?! I'm glad you showed the dressier side of merino, I often travel with my favourite merino dress just in case of a cathedral, mosque or even a nice dinner that demands covered shoulders and a dressier look. Merino wool can be rolled up into a packing cube and placed in your pack and if you decide you want to wear it give it same amount of time hanging on a clothes hanger that your shower takes and you're ready to go!
I’m trying to find waterproof good pants for Norway this winter in the Arctic circle and I’ve ordered the only plus size I could find on the Internet, and they didn’t even cover my butt 😝🤨 and of course mens stuff is too straight up and down.
I loved hearing about your new Wool& purchases and how you’re enjoying your 100 day dress challenge. Your dresses look awesome on you! I just got the Axis leggings yesterday and love them, such great quality! I’m just getting to the end of the 30 day challenge in Marine Blue Camellia. Then I think I’m going to start the 100 day challenge sometime soon after a little break. I’m wanting to get a Black Sofia and a Amalya…both colors…and yeah loads of other items too! This merino wool is pretty amazing! Great review!
I got a Camellia recently and LOVE IT. And Sophia! I did not end up being a fan of the summer midi or the Brooklyn. I also recently got a long sleeve top, too! But the leggings? Omg yes
@@ItsTheKellys that’s awesome! I don’t think the Brooklyn or Summer midi would work for me either, just not me. I’m considering a plum camellia for my 100 day, not sure yet. Hope your week is blessed. 💕
You have done a super thorough review with amazing editing. I really wish I could wear those clothes as I travel a lot. Sadly, I find merino itchy. I do have one tshirt from Icebreaker that I can wear. It’s the Cool-lite fabric, merino mixed with Tencel and doesn’t bother my skin.
I might order a pair of black heavy weight leggings XL for our big 2 week Christmas Markets cruise to Budapest thru Prague. I have binge watched almost everyone of yor videos today! Girl, you cost me some money too…the dress, the Beis fanny pack and duffle/backpack!
The dress arrived today and its fantastic with long sleeves! I draped a royal blue scarf around my neck and it really looks great. No wrinkles, could wear it tonite if I had somewhere to go!
Love your videos, Lauren! I love Wool& too. I got the Maggie dress about a year ago because of THIS video. 😊 Do you have their travel skirt? If so, which length did you get? I'm debating on the longer one but it makes the model on the website look a little frumpy where it cuts of the leg. I'm 5'9" so I know it would probably hit at a similar length on you. Thanks!!
I ordered the Stella in Marionberry but it doesn't ship til Dec. 8. I was thinking of taking advantage of their $150 special w/ free item, but I am not sure what to get. How do you like the cardigan? I am thinking of getting that but not sure whether to choose navy or black (no more burgundy apparently).
I love the Stella! The cardigan is fine, but I would prefer it more if it were oversized. It’s a very lightweight material, but I find myself wearing my typical knit oversized sweaters more often.
@@ItsTheKellys Lol, I meant to say 'Sierra' - I don't know how I did that. I got it because of the weight - it will be my first Wool& piece. Thank you for your honest opinion of the cardigan - I was worried it would feel a little light.
ty for this .. I have some merino wool but didn't know about wool& .. if you don't mind, how tall are you? (if you said in the video, I apologize, I missed it) TIA :)
Have you ever used Merino Wool before? Let us know in the comments!
I just really didn’t know MW could be so amazing! Can’t wait to try these and I’m so thankful they have plus sized options! ❤
@@CraftsBayou I’ve ordered 3 more things since filming this too. I need help! Haha

Does the dress stick to the leggings when you wear them together?
Nope! Not in my experience
Where do you get your merino bras from?
Branwyn!
What size leggings and “wrap dress” did you get?
The dress was a 2x and the leggings 1x :)
Well I’m intrigued….
Yay! Let me know if you get anything!
What is the difference between xxl and 2xl
Generally the xxl is smaller than 2x. Odd wording but think of it like wide sizes vs regular.
I had never heard this, I always just assumed XXL and 2X were the same thing.
I have been looking for odor control underwear for women!! Do you have any recommendations?
Branwyn has some, and they are great, but don’t fit my body that well. I like something high rise.
Great share!
Thank you! Stay tuned, I have a new merino wool haul video coming next month, and a trip where I’m only packing merino wool!
