amazing! my first ever race is 2 weeks from now. after 12 weeks of training i hope i can reach my goal of sub 30 min 5k! it's only 5k but it's really hard for me to maintain around 6/km pace lol. congrats on your race!!!!
If you're consistently training for the last 12 weeks I'm sure your body can handle it! Your only enemy right now is your mind during the race! Defeat it and I know you can do it!

Do belive that you max hart rate is higher than 190 if youcan avrage 181 on a half marathon.
Yes, my max heart rate is 197, so definitely quite high😊
