Could agree more on the analog sticks, definitely something I found while playing Need for Speed... Didn't show an actual calibration test in my video but I did talk about how it seems to be easier and more accurate drifting around a corner with the Xbox one controller vs. the Msi Force GC30 2!

    • @mikesunboxing

yeah the sticks have no where near the same level of control and sensitivity as the xbox 360 or xbox one controller. The new series x and s controllers are not as good either i have found

I bought two MSI GC30 V2 pads, one white and the other black, and I am very satisfied. I plug it into the PC and we play games on two with my girlfriend without any calibration. You also mention that on Android you can only play on a cable, which is not true. I plug the transmitter into the android and play games wirelessly without any calibrations (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). What puzzles me is why in your review at 4:08 you mention that there is an OTG cable included, because neither of my two pads had OTG, and you don't show it either. There were two cables included that you show, namely USB A - Micro and USB C- Micro. In any case, to connect the transmitter to my phone I had to buy a USB C - OTG adapter. I will agree, however, that the pads should have a USC C charging input, not Micro. I also did not note any problems with the sticks.

I bought one of these last year to play Elden Ring with and the main problem with this was the USB wireless receiver. It would sometimes cause drifting as soon as you turn on the gamepad and you have to turn it off/on many times before the drifting effect is gone. However, it's awesome if you're using it plugged with a cable. I've dropped it many times and it's still functioning as good as new. No deadzones and rumble effect is quite strong.

The biggest issue I have with any analog game controller is the joy stick drift, no matter what controller i get, whether it be a Microsoft Xobox controller, a turtle beach controller, or some of those cheap $20 controller, I always get the same problem. The left stick always starts drifting after about 3 months of use....These controller should be able to take a beating, video games can be quite enraging at times and sometimes I get a little rough with my controllers. I remember the original Nintendo controller could be thrown across the house and still work like brand new. These new controllers seem to break even if dropped slightly hard. I should be able to throw an XBOX controller across the road and it wok fine, especially for the price they want for them.

    The upside
Really reliable when its new, fast reaction, plug and play function no drivers needed, almoust support any device that is suppose to use an controller.
    The downside
the 20 and the 30 last max 2 years after that the material in them is weard off, the buttons need to be pressed at specifik places on the button to execute. i would reccoment anything else than this if you look for a longterm solution.

As this is a living room PC I would love to have wireless controller but they normally £60. So on face value this would be good choice. The joystick maybe set to give fine control and more moved the bigger the screen reaction. I always struggle with this so prefer mouse for this reason. my concern is the product for the l3 and r3 units for the dead zone are they using cheap versions or the original to what the xbox controller uses for resistance or how many resistance caps they use on the board
i usually find playing warzone etc cod games they tend to lose the dead zone so i have spares(brand new) and replace them
if i see the dead zone straying to far and drifts when you leave the controller
so i get the expensive ones and replace them
i wont be buying the msi to be honest ,as getting replacements may be difficult to get
