What might be worth noting, Jesus, is Adobe provides a free library of textures, Adobe Paper Texture Pro, as an extension (Window>Extensions>Adobe Paper Texture Pro). I generally use one or several when I am "stylizing" an image. They are additive, so you can use more than one. They are colorized, but you can optionally desaturate them if it's just the texture you're after. Hope this helps. Love your videos.

Great techniques tips! No cheat either tricking, no negative facial expressions - just honest, firm, steady and professional. I paint for the first time like a real artist. Jesus, you wonderful.

Thanks Jesùs for this training. Nice training and nice to have you brought out the textures. Wish: keep some joke / course just on textures, what to consider etc ...

Thanks so much for this tutorial! I've been using the oil filter and I find it can be a bit much on shades of white. Once we do this effect, do you think it would look okay to print on a canvas?

Great tutorial. I don't know if there is something amiss with my photoshop but, each time I lift the brush I have to go back and re-set "Clean Brush". Also you said any brush will work, but I am finding none of the Kyle's brushes from adobe won't work with the mixer brush? So I am struggling with this technique.

PS beginner, just wondering if i turned the solid color into "soft light" ,would it affect the printing result? i always worried about the printing result of my work. i know gradient, opacity will affect the result.. but i don't know the wether there are others effect will ruin my printing too..LOL

I notice that some of my brushes don't work and immediately revert back as a regular brush. For example, I have a halftone brush, but it only just seems to be painting plain halftones. Is there some special setting in the Brush Settings that I need to select / deselect?
