I haven’t smelled the whole line yet, but I love the edt! It makes me and my clothing smell like the cleanest, freshest linens imaginable! And I love the addition of the tea note to kind of lighten up that vanilla a bit - love it!

I mix the intense with the original edp. My husband loves it. I just purchased the le Parfum and I really like it. I still think mixing the intense with the original smells the best and gets the most compliments.

I have all three (two are travel sizes) and enjoy them all. I tried the new la Parfum today at Shoppers and its a love for me! I ordered a travel size. The intense and the EDT are my favorites so far. Great Video as usual. 😊
Which one last longer?
I am loyal to YSL perfumes and was debating whether I should reorder the original EDP. My favourite is the Intense (so sexy), but agree with you that it's more of a nighttime scent. Thank you for your video; really informative and helpful for someone like me whose sense of smell has been permanently affected by C19!

This new one is my favorite 😍 I am sensitive to a lot of perfumes but I love this one. Is not too sweet, it doesn’t bather my nose, it doesn’t give me a headache 🤕 . I just love it.

Le Parfum is so beautiful. It’s definitely a very candied ginger, not fresh at all. Sweet and warm and beautiful. Definitely buying a full bottle.
Is le parfum like THE ORIGINAL EDP? I don’t like edp. Smell le parfum not like a flanker ? Or is the libre dna there

I own the edt mini and a bottle of the intense and tried le parfum just to see, fully expecting to feel life it was redundant... had to have it its so so good!

This video was super helpful, I'm a clean perfume fan: Light blue, tommy girl and maybe I can try some version of Libre as a night warmer scent. I was sceptical because I hate vanilla, it grows on my skin a lot, but I will try these ones! thank you!
Wanna try an Oldie but a goodie (due to the fact it's one of 2 "clean" fragrances I can't stop myself from re-purchasing). The original Pleasures by Estee Lauder. I was buying a men's fragrance at the EL counter and an associate talked me into this. I love Gourmonds and Floriental fragrances so I wasn't sold. I started getting so many compliments-and still do-on this perfume. The main reason I bought it was because I used to be a flight attendant and I needed a "clean" not overbearing fragrance. Is it my favorite? No but it's the one I reach for over and over again for work. I wore it to my eldest son's wedding and my Ex (boys father) and I had a Parents Dance and he kept saying "God you smell so good!" Thank you EL Pleasures for a bit of a revenge throw back on that one!! 😂😂
Give it a try. If you're not impressed initially wear it and see what others think!
I have the EDP and like it but I don't wear it often because lavender fragrances like this and the original Mon Guerlain seem to be very prevalent fragrance choices among the general population lately (men too). Your video forced me 😂to go to Sephora at lunch to try the Le Parfum. I find it to be very orangey vanilla boozy sweet but it is spicy and aromatic as well. The lavender is way less obvious. In general, I do like ginger and honey in fragrances. I'm racking my brain to recall of what this reminds me - a spicier JPG Classique perhaps? I do prefer Le Parfum over the EDP, especially for cooler seasons. I may buy a bottle in the future (have lots to use up first). I ordered a sample of Libre Intense to compare.
Great review! The EDP is one of my signature scents but, unpopular opinion, couldn't love the Intense - I found it wore too sweet on me. I think the ginger and saffron notes will give the le Parfum the spice I need.

I was waiting for your video, you're always so professional! 💙 I have the EDP version, totally adore its uniqueness and I always wanted to be friends with the intense version too. Although I find it really really nice, and have smelled every time I've been in a store, somehow it's never come home with me.. As I smelled the Le Parfum version, I knew immediately, what was my problem with the intense. The Le Parfum is more spicy, more similar in its uniqueness to the EDP for me, but still warmer and a bit heavier to be worth buying it too. So as I came straight to the point 😅 I couldn't agree with you more! Thanks for sharing, have a blessed weekend! 😘

Love your reviews, took me a while to grow to YSL EDP and I love it, now have dilemma which to choose Libre intense or la perfume,. Could you do reviews about which perfumes smell better in different climate , as I travel a lot noticed that the same perfume has different performance in different climate.
Thank you!!!! I got a free sample of the original which I had never heard of. I wear Jo Malone, Thierry Mueller Alien, Clinique Happy YSL Opium Line and Valentino Born in Roma. So yes, masculine notes balanced with orange flowers are my go to scents, especially if they have that exotic and mysterious aesthetic- of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean spice markets. I'm not a fan of musks or cloying sweet florals. YSL Mon Paris just doesn't make the cut for me.
I am quite pleased with the Libre line My boyfriend absolutely loves it!!! I have found a new favourite!!!
I sampled both the Intense and La Parfum, which I ended up walking out of Sephora after buying La Parfum.

I have samples of all four and I love Libre Intense the most and then I like Libre Le Perfume as well because it feels more like Fall.

For me it's le parfum. I think is just perfect as it is. The first notes you can smell it's just fire and it's amazing, but after that the smell it even better. It lasts a LOT. However I don't know if it would be suitable for the summer weather in my country, I may have to try the EDT and see how it fits 😊
Also I think it drives men crazy which is something pretty common as I'm seeing in the comments
I used to own the original Libre EDP - for 2 days. Even though I absolutely loved the scent profile, it gave me a headache very quickly. I liked the intense version better but I wasn’t that into it to buy a full bottle. When I saw the Le Parfum version & its notes, I was sooo excited!! I’ve been testing it out the past 2 weeks & I LOVE it - the honey in this is so beautifully done, even though I was sceptical about this note since I couldn’t handle it in the Scandal-line by JPG.

I do think I would like this new flanker. I love and have the edp. I’m going to hold off on this until I can get it at the discounter.
I love the original but never got around to purchasing it, the intense for me was meh and waay to vanilla. But the Le Perfume at least on blotter was soooo good, I picked up the saffron with mild sweetness. I agree the original and new Le Perfume are the ones to own. Its spring in Melbourne so will purchase the original this season.
Out of my 30 perfume collections, the YSL liberevoriginal is my top 2 most favorite 😍

Always love your comparison video, especially for this gem! i feel like we have similar taste because i loved ALL Libre esp.the original EDP (ppl usually hate one & love the other) and i alr own Intense version. But based on your review, now i feel like i need to get my hands on this😅
I have tried all the perfume rexommendations, Only libre stands out most for me..
I love Libre SO MUCH it's my signature scent. The original and EDT are my favourites, I have the intense version but it doesn't last on me and it's slightly too sweet. The newest flanker isn't out here yet, but I don't know if I'm going to get it, I don't love ginger. We'll see!
Same for me, the intense doesnt last on me. I thought, I would be the only one, who experiences that. The Edp ist my fav too.
@@duyguyurdakok1065 Yeah I definitely hear people say the Intense is the most long lasting for them, but it hasn't been the case for me, weird!
I have all 4 and the original edp has the best performance imo. If the intense was too sweet for you I don't think you will like the le parfum, it's definitely the sweetest of all of them and also projects less than the others although it is long lasting. It reminds me a bit of Elie saab girl of now.
I literally just tried both and wore the edp two days ago and the intense yesterday in order to decide between the two 😂 and I came to a conclusion I want the edp and your video came just in time to reassure me 🤣🙏🏼

I'm a (gay) man and my best friend bought this(EDP) and said she thought it smelled too masculine for her, so she asked if I wanted it. I think it definitely rides that unisex line. I was not a fan of the opening on me, but the dry down is absolutely beautiful and I think it could be my new night out fragrance for cooler weather.

I think i found my signature scent. Libre OG EDP. I loooove libre intense but will only wear this on weekends or evenings. But the OG libre is great for work and just everyday use
I have the EDT version but its so screechy due to the jasmine, its nice but not for me.
I cant wait to get full bottles for both the intense and OG libre EDP in the future
I tried the le parfum, its quite strong on the candied ginger. I think my nose cant cope with ginger. Overall nice scent but i looove my intense
I love them all for different reasons, I wear the EDT mostly for daytime and le perfume for evenings out, I still wear the original and the intense but I do find them both slightly cloying at times , however when I need a sweet sugary hug I do reach for either of them.

I live in Miami which is super hot and humid but I still bought Libre Intense and I wear it all the time, even in Summer and during the day. I’m obsessed with the Intense and dying to try the Le Parfum as it sounds intriguing and my type of perfume.
I just bought it, but I'm not sure if I can wear it in the Louisiana summer.
My experiences with this have been a little different. While I enjoyed the vanilla in intense the silage from the original edp was amazing, lasting about 8 hours. I think I'm going to do some Frankenstein work and find a good vanilla perfume to pair with the original.

I picked up a couple of samples of the intense and the la Parfums and I actually prefer the LA perfume iT last longer and smells better than the Intense
When I tried the original EDP it smelled to masculine on me, so I avoided the other flankers until “Le Parfum” came out. Based on the notes, I thought I’d give it a try. Omg! It’s so good! I already have 2 travel sizes and a full bottle. It is such a comforting, elegant perfume. Perfect for fall!
I agree, the original libre is too masculine for me too. Libre Intense is my favourite one.

I only kept 3 - Libre edp, Intense and Platine. I could not relate with others as I love the edp on me. As a woman, I got the most compliments from ladies as well. Perhaps it was the body chemistry.
My fav is the intense. I may try a small sample of the le parfum. The original is not very memorable to me .
La perfume is perfect for me , as I do not like much of vanilla or citrus notes but love saffron and in my opinion, it is all about saffron.

Honestly, the only Libre that is needed is the Le Parfum. Up until this flanker, I did not like the Libre line because they all smelled too masculine for me. Now I am finally a fan!

There's actually a spot on dupe of it from Oil Perfumery 😊 I just got it and it's fantastic
I have had the edp for over 9 months. It gave me a headache in the beginning but I tried it again in July and it smelled so syrupy. It smells similar to the parfum. It also changed color as well as the notes. I miss the unisex vibes from earlier. I am hoping because it's summer and I hope it changes again in winter.

i fell in love with EDP the moment i smelled it and thought it was unisex but then could tell it was more leaning into female side but im dead set on it. I don't know how the other 3 smell. Which one of these would you suggest for men? Or maybe another fragrance marketed for men but similar smell?
I prefer la perfume over intense as well, the opening is beautiful it is a sophisticated winter smell to me it is a lot different then intense you get the saffron and the honey immediately but as it dries down it is more of like a lavender and vanilla smell however intense version tends to last longer almost all day where as la perfume’s longevity is 4-6 hrs on me. I wish it lasted a little longer since it my favorite out of all the libre line. I may also add intense into my collection but My only complaint with intense is dry down reminds me of my grandmother’s soap not a bad smell at all. it is a very clean smell definitely night out smell not a day time for me and definitely not a summer smell so I am still indecisive on the intense I definitely do not like the edp too masculine for me and edt is nice but too floral however it is more feminine

My ysl libre edp that I got few months ago turned a darker color and smells a little different and when I spray it on my skin it smells bad what does it mean?

Hmmm, hard to say because I don't smell the bitterness in either. It's definitely worth a try though! Could be coming from the ambergris which the le parfum version doesn't have :)
